This selection will be made in the control software, and will activate a USB switch to connect the desired camera. Included are all job materials, wiring, labor, programming, and associated expenses related to the addition of the second camera. W ar ranty: TSAV's systems are provided with a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship or the products provided. Extended warranties are available for subsequent years. In addition, preventative maintenance agreements that provide for system tuning, cleaning, configuration, etc are available. Please let me know if you would like more information regarding this service.

Int egration Sc h e dul e : Integration of the systems will require approximately 15 days for equipment acquisition and 2 working days on-site. Time allocations for coordination with the staff and system operators will vary depending on owner preferences, requisite training, etc. W iring and Conn ec tions : All wiring connections are made with mechanical connectors or rosin core solder. All microphone, line, video, RGBS, coaxial, and speaker level wires are free of splices and meet all area code requirements. All terminal block connections are made with quality crimp connectors. TSAV exclusively uses ETC. MOLEX UL listed crimp style terminals. ETC. MOLEX is the industry standard for UL applications including marine and aeronautical wiring and electronics. All crimp connectors are fastened according to manufacturer specifications and with the proper tool. G rounding, Shi e lds, E t c . Proper grounding techniques are always employed. Shields are always grounded through chassis ground connections at the input of the equipment to which it is connected. Cables are grounded at both ends and are insulated at their connection points. Shields are isolated with shrink tubing, and continuity of shields is always preserved. Equipment chassis are grounded throughout the electrical power safety ground. No H iring of Employ ees : During the period of performance of this Agreement, and for one (1) year after completion of this agreement, neither Contractor nor customer shall, without the prior written consent of the other party, solicit for hire, or knowingly allow its employees to solicit for hire any of those employees of the other party or its affiliates who are associated with the performance of this Agreement. Paym e nt Sc h e dul e : 1/3 of the total project cost is due upon mobilization with progress billings as required. Final payment is due within 30 days of completion.
