Outcome: Minutes received approval from the class Miss Chan raised the following issues in PR Campaign Planning class: Committee member should careful the importance of details: Importance of identifying the target audience and using the right techniques to attract them. APM (on behalf of the Education team) updated the class on the following items: 1. Internal Workshop Seminar on 25/09/2013 Yawa have rejected the invitation for seminar on the 25/09/2013 due to xxxxxxxx reason. About 30 New Era College staffs are expected to attend the seminar. Committee member will play its part to help find more people to attend the seminar. *Ms Chan has proposed to the committee to try inviting the Student Society of New Era College to the seminar. Publicity team briefed the class on the following: Committee member can start to design their own name tag. *Draw something that may related to FRESH ACTION 3.0 Sponsor team briefed the class on the following: 1. General Affair briefed the class on the following: Any materials (collected by Publicity Team) must be cleaned before they are placed in the PR room. Permission must be obtained from General Affair team leader/ assistant before using/borrowing any items from the PR room. GA team requested that all teams must give them an early notice to obtain materials from the room, as the GA team may require extra time to search for the much-needed items.
