It was raining and they sat by the window looking out. They sat, And sat, Sat, And sat, Sat, And sat, and were NOT at all happy!

Rain, rain, go away.

BE STILL AND KNOW Be still and know that I am God I am the Lord that healeth thee In thee, O Lord, I put my trust

He is my strength when I am weak, He is the treasure that I seek, He is my all in all. When I fall down He picks me up, When I am dry He fills my cup, He is my all in all.

A. We must quiet the mind
B. We must slow down C. We must wait on God

D. We must be still and know God

Be still my soul, the Lord is on thy side. Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain. Leave to thy God to order and provide; In every change, He faithful will remain. Be still, my soul, they best, thy heavenly Friend, Through thorny ways leads to a joyful end.

Prayer releases us from the tensions of life. Prayer gives us peace that enables us to see things in perspective.

Prayer enables us to cope with the demands of life.
