A Disgusting Belief Part 1

By the Noble Sheikh Ahmad ibn Umar al-Haazmi May Allah preserve him

There are two different situations. They [Muslims] wanted to stay away from these Mushrikeen and judge them as upon shirk; they say: "No they are Muslims". Why? They say: because the evidences didn't reach them. If the evidences had reached them, we would have established the description and judgment [of shirk] upon them. So as a defense or to protect these Mushrikeen, their defense didn't violate, [what did] they violate? [They did violate] the Quran and Sunnah. They [claimed] that Allah the Most High didn't establish evidence upon these Mushrikeen. He [Ishaq Ibn Abdurahman] says: "The evidence is not established on this Umma with the messenger and the Quran. And Allah Azza Wadjal has made it clear in multiple locations of His Book [Quran] that the evidence is established with the messengers and also with the revelation of the books. [Allah says:] We sent messengers as bringers of good tidings and warners so that mankind will have no argument against Allah after the messengers." [4: 165]. So what is the wisdom behind [Allah] sending messengers? So that people don't have an excuse in front of Allah. So if He didn't send the messengers, what would happen? People would have an excuse in front of Allah The Most High. He did send the messengers, but they still say what? They say that the evidences are not established upon them. Is this correct or not? For what is this [saying] evidence? Its an evidence of a disgusting belief. He {Subhanahu Wa ta'ala said: "So that mankind will have no argument against Allah after the messengers." [4: 165] This means, after sending the messengers there is no excuse for any person at all. And what position do they take? They say that the evidence did not reach them. Does this contradict the text or not? This contradicts the text. "And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise." [4: 165]. Ibn Jarir, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: "He [Allah Taaala] said: "I send my messenger to my slaves as bearer of good news and as warners. So that those who disbelief in Me, and worship others beside me, or those who go astray from My Path, don't use this as an argument if I want to punish them: "If only You had sent us a Messenger, we should certainly have followed Your Ayat [proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.], before we were humiliated and disgraced." [20: 134].

Ibn Jarir, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: "So he removed every excuse/ argument from everyone who perform falsehood which goes against His Tawheed." No way that he will have any excuse/argument whatsoever. [Ibn Jarir continues] "And against His Commands with all the denitive meanings of argument which he/she seeks excuse in. As a warning from Him [subhanahu wata'ala] to them, so it would be the perfect evidence upon them and all the creations. So Allahs evidence is established with what? With the Book and Sunnah. And this is what the author in the beginning presented as an important principle for you, what was it? The Book and Sunnah, Al-Quran and the Messenger. Surely the evidence is established with these two. The moment those who live amongst the Muslims, and this is important so be focused, hears about The Quran, or hears about the Prophet salla Allahu Alayhi wasalam, then the evidence is established upon him. So how can one say that one needs to establish the evidence? Those who say this have not understood what establishing the evidence mean. And it is one of those matters that are problematic for them, and if those are from the ignorant, and not from the people of hawaa [desire], I mean; they didnt intent this [giving them excuse]. So they fell into a problem, regarding the meaning of "establishing the evidence. He [who performs shirk] has to come, he has to hear, one should recite the Quran for him and he must understand etc. He should be convinced and his doubts should be removed. Even regarding Shirk if there are doubts, one should remove them. This points out that they haven't understood what is meant with "Establishing the evidence. So Allah sent His messenger, so the people won't have any argument against Allah after the messengers was sent. So here they have proved what? That after [the prophet] Muhammad salla Allahu alayhi wasalam the evidence is not established upon them. And this goes against the religious text from every angle. And in Al-Bahr Al-Muheet of Abu Hayyan [it says]: "He the Almighty wanted to remove the excuses with the messenger for those who say, "If a messenger was send to me, I had believed. If a messenger had been send to me I would have believed, And in the Hadith [it is stated]: "There is no one who loves to excuse more than Allah, and because of this He revealed his Books and He send the messengers.

Because of this reason, [i.e. to remove the excuses], while He the Almighty loves excuses and to excuse people, so he sends messengers and revealed Books. So was Muhammad salla Allahu alayhi wasalam send? The answer is "Yes". And this is why if you ask these mushrikeen, those who worship the graves:"Who is your prophet?" They will answer "Muhammad [salla Allahu alayhi wasalam]. And he will probably have a collection of books regarding the biography of messenger salla Allahu alayhi wasalam. And have the Quran reached you? He will answer: Yes. Perhaps he has memorized the Quran or some chapters from the Quran. Despite this, the evidence is not established yet. Is this correct or not? Despite all of this the evidence is not established. So what do they mean with the word establishing the evidence. That Allah should send another prophet? [Laughing]. There is no doubt that this point out their corruption in the beliefs. And thats why he said "A disgusting belief. A disgusting belief."
