Cox High Speed Internet Preferred and Premier customers will see a speed increase as follows: Cox High Speed Internet Preferred: Download speeds up to 15 Mbps; Upstream speeds up to 2 Mbps o Preferred with PowerBoost : Download speeds up to 18.75 Mbps and Upstream speeds up to 2.5 Mbps Cox High Speed Internet Premier: Download speeds up to 28 Mbps; Upstream speeds up to 5 Mbps o Premier with PowerBoost : Download speeds up to 35 Mbps and Upstream speeds up to 6 Mbps
