We are currently looking for our Human Resources Manager Proactive and hands-on Human Resources Manager who is highly energetic and analytic. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day human resources functions and will perform the following Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a positive employment environment which includes hiring, orientation, and the coordination/implementation of training and development programs. Review and analyze data to identify trends related to (and recommend solutions to improve) performance, productivity, and employee retention. Present day to day reports for our Headquarters in Germany and the US. Works with local management and Human Resources Director in resolving employee relation issues. Consults with management on disciplinary actions, including employee coaching and counseling.

Responsible for the administration, security, confidentiality, and retention of personnel files. Inputs all required information into HR including new hires, terminations, personal changes and promotions and leaves of absence. Manages Union workers. Ensures compliance with all government regulations (LFT) and all and State employment laws. Ensures consistency applying and enforcing policies and procedures in the company. A proactive and hands-on approach and a roll-up-your-sleeves willingness to perform a broad spectrum of HR tasks Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment Able to work in the South of Mexico city (San Jos Insurgentes area and surrundings) Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Fluent English is necessary, German is a plus 5 or more years of progressive Human Resources experience Operations experience Experience and knowledge of LFT, IMSS, labor relations Experience managing a team
