1. Description of your chosen company. This company is an importer/exporter of Fuel Products (Gasoline/Diesel etc.) 2. What are your goals related to your on-the-job training? My principal goals are to learn, to obtain new knowledge and skills and to be an efficient worker (OJT). 3. Why do you think this on-the-job training site will have you meet your goals? Give specific examples. I think they will help me a lot of things. For example, I will gain more knowledge on how to troubleshoot an engine from this company. 4. In my opinion, it would be more meaningful if the on-the-job training is within two years. Because students will be more knowledgeable and skilled if they will be trained well.

The company must be more adequate in terms of supervision.

More under chassis experience because its one of the hardest part of being a mechanic.

The major objectives of the on-the-job training are summarized as follows:
