CONTRACT TO LEASE SPACE FOR TOWN FIESTA

Known to all men by these presents: This contract is entered into between the Municipal Local Government of _________________, duly represented by __________________________, Municipal Mayor, herein referred as the LESSOR and ___________________________________________________, of legal age, residing at _____________________________________________________________________________________________ ______________________________, herein referred as LESSEE. WITNESSES THAT: WHEREAS, that the LESSOR will be having its Town Fiesta on March 18, 19, 20, 2012 and inviting businesses to participate in the event showcasing their products and services; WHEREAS, that the LESSOR is providing space for lease for the LESSEE to exclusively use for the duration herein stipulated during the town fiesta; WHEREAS, that the LESSEE is willing to lease the space provided for his/her exclusive use to showcase their product and services as applied and approved; NOWTHEREFORE, the parties agreed that: The LESSOR shall: 1. Give the LESSEE the exclusive right to use the space provided for the business/service as approved in the Application to Lease; 2.
