Front Drive 3 LXO 2/6

Instruction :
Front drives, supplied loose have to be assembled and interlocked with the switch in the panel, as per following sequence : 1) Fix bearing (1) along with gasket (2) on the panel door with screws. Insert handle spring (3) in the bearing groove. Take coupler compl. (4) or (5) and insert circlip (36). Insert two stop washers (6) on the square portion as shown in the picture-2. Insert the coupler compl. into the bearing such that projecting end of spring enters the hole in top washer. Rotate shaft in anti-clockwise direction. After 45o the first stop washer will touch projection of the bearing. Press coupler slightly from top and rotate further in anticlockwise direction, so as to overcome the stopper of bearing. Fix handle disc (9) and handle after inserting spacer (8) so that the arrow mark, interlocking angle projection are all in one line and one side, see section A-A. If assembly is correct, Shaft can rorate in 45o angle. For normal front drive, insert spacer (7) below dial disc. For lockable front drive, use outer and inner disc (13) & (14) in place of (7).

10) Necessary special washer (38) or (39) or (40) to be used to restrict axial play and free rotation as shown. Note : a) There should be mm 3 mm gap between couplet and shaft, while rotating the drive, it should not rub against any part. While ordering any missing part, indicate Sr. No., description and quantity. While ordering any front drive, indicate order No. with correct design, as shown in left vertical Columns.
