Recently, I have finished my master program at Graduate School of Management, department of International Business with major in Information Technologies in International Management. I had my exchange term in St. Gallen University, department of Banking and Finance, where I took several courses dedicated to IT restructuring after post-merger integration and strategic management sphere. In addition, I majored in Applied Mathematics as a graduated specialist of St. Petersburg State University, in department of Mathematics and Programming. I consider myself as a good fit for that position in accordance with following competencies and my personal experience. I worked in Advisory Department, PricewaterhouseCoopers, where I was involved in live infrastructure projects with Public-Private partnership. We developed financial model for private company and presented the results for investors and manager board. Moreover, I had an international experience working for a start-up company in Switzerland. Mainly focusing on innovation and multidisciplinary approaches, we proposed a novel solution that would facilitate fluent communication throughout research or innovation process. As a visiting IT and marketing consultant, I was working on a marketing and technological plan of the project, as well as looking for potential grants, investors and VC funds for raising capital. In addition to this, as part of my academic course, I was involved in consultant project for Schlumberger and House of Brands companies. My responsibilities included the analysis of existing IT solutions, capabilities, related cost and issues. My teammates and I developed process improvements within multinational operation department. I proposed and presented feasible solutions for management team and academic board, where we described analysis for unifying candidate search and recruiting processes. What is more, I had an experience working in commercial banking sphere. My main responsibilities included financial analyses, conducting meetings and correspondence of business departments upon the models. Last summer I was an Intern in Lumex Hydraulics providing Market analysis and financial modeling for a startup company. I also participated in CFA Institute Research Challenge in Switzerland as part of my Applied Corporate Valuation class where I was involved in equity valuation of foreign company. As a Microsoft Student Partner, I organized and participated in several conferences at our University, providing exposure on Microsoft Windows 8 technologies. In addition to my professional background, I have an extensive experience in business cases competitions with a few significant achievements. In this year, we won top-15% Quality in MedXChallenge start-up competition, with the project dedicated to digital health industry. Together with my team, I proposed a solution for better communication and data management in pipeline between patient and doctor in private diagnostic clinics. In 2011 my team and I won the Microsoft Changellenge competition. I was also a finalist of Saint-Petersburg Changellenge competition in 2011. My team and I successfully solved 3 cases during the competition, provided by Unilever and Sotrans. This competition is held under the guidance of such companies as BCG, Deloitte, McKinsey and others. On top of this, I took part in BCG events in Switzerland and participated in lectures devoted to corporate finance and digital marketing topic, M&A in IT

sphere, provided by the company. We worked in an international team with one principal from BCG on a case, devoted to M&A sphere. As for my personal qualities, I am a driven and enthusiastic person who likes to work as part of a team. Having entrepreneurial mindset with good interpersonal skills I have been always focusing on communication and collaboration with people. What is more, I have been always interested working in pharmaceutical, self-care industries, developing, and launching novel approaches with the focus on innovation and technologies, living dynamic lifestyle and making a difference that matters. On top of this, I was engaged in our family business development, helping to launch a new product in sphere of rigid contact lenses. That was extremely valuable and fascinating experience, where I undertook variety of projects from developing a programming interface for manufacturing machine, participation in international scientific conference and establishing contacts with potential business partners. After having talked to some people who work in VivaSant, my friends and graduates from different programs, I was inspired by views and fervor. They have infected me with their ideas, views, and fervor. Given my background in Strategy and Mathematics, my leadership and analytical skills, I consider myself a suitable fit for the internship provided by the VivaSant.
