industries in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. A medium sized contemporary African company rated amongst the top 10 in the Industry. Our client seeks to challenge the existing status quo in marketing communications and is looking for talented individuals to fill the following positions:

CREATIVE DIRECTOR The Creative director is responsible for the Creative Direction of the Agency The ideal candidate will be a strong strategic thinker with a proven experience in developing creative strategy and execution; should have strong conceptual and copywriting skills. The Creative Director serves as the principal creative lead and manages a team of copywriters and art directors on major accounts. Will be responsible for directing all phases of creative work for assigned accounts from concept development through production, for inspiring and motivating creative teams, and is accountable for developing and directing creative work of the highest calibre. The Creative Director assists the management of the creative department through project planning and staffing, staff evaluations and coaching. Works with account teams to meet client needs/ deadlines. Develops and defends creative recommendation. Reinforce agencys vision and values to staff. Help resolve internal and external conflicts.

Core Responsibilities: Responsible for creating on-brand, on-strategy compelling creative work for assigned clients. Responsible for mentoring and leading assigned creative staff and being available to critique their work to maintain consistent creative quality and award winning work. Actively involved in hiring/layoffs, assists in staff reviews, and may recommend promotions/salary adjustments based on structured performance assessments. Provides career path direction and development guidance for creative staff on an on going basis. Coaches and oversees Copywriting and art directing, providing mentoring and feedback Actively participates in assigned new business development efforts, leading creative teams Works directly with client managers, project managers and user experience leads on assigned projects.

TV PRODUCER Responsibility Responsible for facilitating, coordinating and delivering TV projects from scratch to finish The TV Producer is the Principal lead, the face of the Company. The ideal candidate will drive the Pioneer TV Company. He/She must be very business savvy. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES A thorough understanding of all the creative processes of TV production, including screenwriting, directing, editing, and use of music/sound

Knowledge of the methods, practices, equipment, and techniques of professional grade video production. Creative vision, initiative and passion for TV or programme making Knowledge of both studio and field production and broadcast techniques and principles. Excellent leadership, motivational, negotiating and delegating skills combined with the ability to work well in a team Ability to act decisively and sensitively under enormous pressure Ability to produce and direct single-camera field production. Ability to produce and direct multi-camera field production. Ability to produce and direct studio productions Knowledge of basic video equipment maintenance and repair. Ability to diagnose and solve typical problems. Ability to perform minor repairs to equipment. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to produce 3-D animation for program length features, IDs and promos. Ability to operate PC software. Ability to spot, and deal with, potential problems before they materialise Ability to source, spot and manage the best talents Knowledge of digital content production and skills

Job Description: Plans and coordinates various aspects of radio, television, or cable television program productions Interviews and selects cast Composes or edits program script to meet management or other requirements Pulling together all the strands of creative and practical talent involved in the project to create a team Organizing shooting schedules - dependent on the type of producer and availability of support staff Supervising the progress of the project from production to post production Acts as a sounding board for the director; Operates a variety of television broadcast equipment including recorders, editorrecorders, monitors, modulators, character generators, effect generators, edit controllers, and video/television cameras. Selects equipment to be used as needs or assignment dictates. Edits videotape productions for television program playback. Identifies equipment failures and the causes of malfunctions. Performs routine minor maintenance on equipment. Coordinates various aspects of production, such as audio work, scenes, music, timing, camera work, and script writing Reviews production to ensure objectives are attained. Obtain costumes, props, music, or other equipment or personnel to complete production Ensures projects are completed within budget. Identifies hazards, assessing health and safety, and developed procedures to control risks

May represent television network, acting as liaison to independent producer of television series produced for network broadcast.

Qualifications/Requirements 1st Degree or above in any of the following fields: Broadcasting, Film and television production/studies, Media production, Photography Previous production experience/portfolio is an advantage Must be technically competent Provable records of ability to manage the affairs of a Company Minimum of 2 years experience in video production Excellent verbal and written communication skills Tenacity, a can do attitude and single-minded determination APCON certified or certifiable by Executive programme Global exposure will be an advantage as preference will be given to people who have worked in more than one country. GROUP HEAD COPY Responsibility Responsible for generating concepts/ideas and highly targeted copy on all accounts Job description Guide overall creative effort of assigned creative groups on one or more accounts Give final copy concept on briefs Supervises all concepts generated by copywriters Work with art directors to produce a range of concepts/creative solutions to answer creative briefs. Liaise with the Art director to ensure that concepts are presented in a form that communicates the core idea Ensure concepts are on brief, on brand, on budget and can be produced on time Ensure deadlines are met on every brief Adapt to changes in format, media and/or Clients' strategies. Integrate Art, Copy, and production functions Facilitate brainstorming sessions for his team. Monitor cultural trends to ensure that messages produced are relevant and appropriate
