Christ Community Churchs Childrens Ministry continues to grow! The more it grows, the greater the opportunity to serve.

Our Lord has graciously entrusted an ever-increasing number of little ones to our care each week. We want every child that walks through our doors to experience Christian love, Biblical education, and spiritual growth. YOU can be a very important part of the process. Please pray about joining us as a volunteer. Positions currently available include:

Saturday Night Coordinator- 2s/3s/4s Responsible for o scheduling volunteers for 2s/3s/4s classroom o weekly reminder of upcoming schedule o maintaining 2s/3s/4s roster

Saturday Night Coordinator- Primary (K, 1st, 2nd) Responsible for o scheduling volunteers for Primary classroom o maintaining Primary roster o weekly reminder of upcoming schedule o distributing curriculum to volunteers quarterly

Saturday Night Coordinator- Elementary (3rd, 4th, 5th) Responsible for o scheduling volunteers for Elementary classroom o maintaining Elementary roster o weekly reminder of upcoming schedule o distributing curriculum to volunteers quarterly

Special Events Coordinator Responsible for o Assisting Director of Childrens Ministries with team development for Camp Light the Night (childrens ministries portion) Any educational opportunities Other special events as they present themselves

Performance Coordinator Responsible for o Assisting Director of Childrens Ministries with team development for Musical, Dance opportunities as agreed upon with Music Pastor Other performance opportunities as they present themselves

Security and Public Relations Responsible for:

Assisting the Director of Childrens Ministries with the development, coordination, and scheduling of a volunteer team that Checks security aspects of childrens classrooms prior to, during, and after services Makes an effort to seek out children and families of young children for greeting, classroom direction, etc

Materials As needed: cutting, pasting, hole punching items needed in the classroom

Administrative Prayer Assisting Director of Childrens Ministries with the development and coordination of ongoing efforts of a prayer team specifically for the childrens ministry As needed: creation of forms, sending mass emails, assorted paperwork, etc

Technology Assisting the Director of Childrens Ministries and volunteers with occasional childrens ministry related technology questions and issues as they arise

Missions Volunteer needed to coordinate the efforts of CCC Global Outreach missions with opportunities in childrens classrooms Volunteer needed to coordinate the efforts of CCC Local Outreach missions with opportunities in childrens classrooms

Nametags Volunteers needed to set out/pack up nametags for Elementary and Primary classrooms for Sunday services. Set out can occur after services on Saturday Night or prior to 8:30 on Sunday mornings. Pack up can occur after the 11:00 service on Sundays.

Card ministry Volunteers needed to send cards to new children, absent children, children with challenges, etc

Teachers and Assistants still needed for: Saturday services at 5:30 Sunday services at 9:15 and 11:00 For age groups: Nursery, 2s, 3s/4s, Primary (K, 1st,, 2nd), and Elementary (3rd, 4th, 5th)
