Banks should create new products, take into considerations to reach to their customers and develop their bank-marketing division where continuous research and development programs are to be implemented. In case of DBBL, it can improve its CS activit! through improving of "#$ services and fast come fast services in all of its branches. %ot onl! spread out of branches all over the countr! but also spread out of "#$ services, online banking services with proper privac! protection is need to implement. " recover! target should be fi&ed for specific loan disbursing officials who are involved in processing, sanctioning and disbursing the loan. $onitoring and recover! of loans can be improved through long term planning of banks. Change in the management and operation st!le is re'uired. B! ensuring of proper utili(ation of technological tool bank can achieve its goal as well as economic wheel will get a speed. Banks should offer diversified financial products considering economies of scale.
