Job description Marketing Officer/ Assistant Regional Manager (Vietnam)

Role Context INTO University Partnerships works with leading UK, US and Chinese universities, investing in the development of world-class international student centres. With a clear focus on and commitment to the delivery of the highest quality of student experience, we specialise in preparing students for undergraduate and postgraduate study at partner institutions and other leading universities in the UK and beyond. Our Centres deliver guaranteed progression to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. We offer specialized English language and Pathway programs and enhanced support services that specifically address international students' educational, social and cultural needs, carefully preparing them to progress with confidence as degree-seeking students. Students benefit from universitydesigned programs, high-quality, university-led teaching, and supportive learning environments while enjoying full access to their host university's campus facilities, resources and services. INTO operates a network of Regional Offices around the world supporting the recruitment of international students to our University centres in the UK, USA and China. Reporting line The Marketing Officer/ Assistant Regional Manager reports to the Regional Manager and Recruitment Director. Job purpose

Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with INTOs network of agencies Help train, and organize training, for agencies on a regular basis so that they gain a keen understanding of INTOs programs/services Proactively sell INTOs programs at fairs, workshops and other venues Effectively communicate with all INTO Centers and admissions teams Assist in the conducting of specific market research to propose and implement general

strategic marketing strategies to increase INTOs visibility in new market segments Travel within the region and occasionally further afield to visit agents and attend fairs/workshops and internal events Provide support to Enrolment Services by providing any required information for the counselling of direct students

Key Accountabilities The following tasks provide a general overview of the types of activity the MO/ARM will be expected to engage in on a day-to-day basis. The tasks are not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities as the nature of our business requires all employees to be flexible, dynamic and to have the capacity to think creatively when presented with challenges. Sales Support the Regional Manager in the achievement of their enrolment targets Assist the Regional Manager in the formulation of a viable yearly business plan

Customer Service Closely liaise with Central Admissions to encourage an efficient, customer centric approach to the student application process Maintain an effective and courteous working relationship with the International Offices of our partner universities Maintain an effective and courteous working relationship with INTO Centres in the UK, USA and China, Enrolment Services and Admissions teams Ensure agents always receive appropriate levels of customer service Present a professional and positive image of INTO at all times Confidence to suggest and make improvements to customer service at all levels within the organisation Financial Ensure key financial goals are met Help develop and achieve annual enrolment targets Assist in management of cost base Ensure accurate financial reporting requirements are met Timely and accurate submission of financial reports Other Duties on Request INTO is developing rapidly, and circumstances and requirements are likely to change throughout the course of your work at. INTO therefore require you to commit to the following principles: To be flexible and to assist with all reasonable duties on request, as directed by line management; To acknowledge that it is not possible to provide an exhaustive description of all responsibilities, and that duties will include, but will not be limited to, the above; and To undertake to perform a wide range of different duties as part of a team including working at the weekend from time to time. Location Primarily home office based in Hanoi with travel around the SEA and Indochina region and occasional visits the UK and the US. The majority of work will be based around the region of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

General requirements At least one year working experience (preferable 2-3 years) Good communications skills in Vietnamese (fluent) and English (IELTS 6.0/ 6.5 or equivalent) Good customer services orientation Excellent team working Achievement oriented Confident Good attention to detail. Familiar with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently to get things done. Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure. Flexibility and willingness to undertake and learn new tasks. Ability to work alone or as part of a team. Working experience in Education field (optional) Familiar with UK and US education system (optional) Familiar with Adobe Illustrators, Photoshop, In design (optional)
