 SYNOPSIS

A study on inventory management was carried out for 60 days with special
reference to shanthi poultry farm (Pvt) ltd,. The analysis also consists of the procedure
adopted by the farm for the management and control of inventory.

For analysis purpose data were mainly collected from secondary sources and
internal records.

In order to evaluate inventory management the techniques used were ABC, FSN,
Inventory Level, Ratio analysis, EOQ, C-Chart, also component of inventory variation
analysis and various inventory ratios have been arrived at after the relevant calculation.
