I. Design Projects:
1. Pulverized Coal Injection Plant Somani Kuttner. 3D Modeling of equipment creation and collusion free pipe routing using PDMS 12.SP6, isometric drawing preparation, MTO extraction as per client requirement. Responsibilities: Routing of utility & industrial gas line as per ASME, ASTM, and API standard. Clash deduction, process checking and modification to obtain collision free model. Generation of pipe fabrication drawing with BOM. MTO extraction as per client requirement.

2. 50T Tug Hindustan Shipyard. Worked on basic & detail design that involves in marine piping calculations and 3D Modeling using Tribon M3

Responsibilities: Design of Different Piping Systems and preparation of schematics as per IRS/ABS class rule. Pipe routing as per class rule/yard requirement. Preparation of production spool drawings and BOM.

3. Design of Hair Care Shampoo Making Plant, Site Mandideep Deputed to: QUEST-Global, Bangalore Introduction: It Is a refurbishment Project of an existing Shampoo Making Plant in China which belongs to PROCTER & GAMBEL. We have the whole plant (Tank Farm, Unloading, Utility, Making & Packing) Areas, Design & Modeling of Skids, Structures, Piping Design, and Routing & Pipe Support Designing in Our scope of work. Responsibilities: 3D Modeling of equipments using datasheet details and equipment G.As. 3D Modeling of Piping Systems. PDMS clashes & data in-consitency checks and resolving them. Isometric drawings extraction from PDMS ISODRAFT. Design of Pipe Rack. 3D Modeling of Pipe Supports. Checking of Isometrics, piping GAs & pipe support location plans. .

4. Aviation fuel station at Mangalore airport(AFS) Designation: Design Engineer-Piping / PDMS Administrator Responsibilities: PDMS Project Setup & system Administration. Creation of Teams, Users & Databases for the project. Creation of Sites & Zones for different disciplines.
