Changes to the New Autumn/Winter Idea Book
On September 1st Close to
My Heart released the latest
Idea Book. I hope you all
enjoy the layout of the Idea
Book as much as I have.
The pictures of the stamps
sets are now bigger, each
Tips & Technique shown
has its own page. I think the
bigger photos makes it a lot
easier to follow.
The color palette which
includes inks, markers, card
stock & re-inkers has been
moved to the back of the
book, along with the Host-
ess Rewards & New Con-
sultant information.
I also like how they organ-
ized the Accessories. I
think you will find them eas-
ier to review. The catego-
ries really help a lot.
As with every new Idea
Book there are a lot of new
stamp sets. This issue has
four new paper packets.
In the past CTMH has re-
leased five new paper de-
signs with each Idea Book.

a program like this. Your
finished product looks like a
hand made page. You will
have the choice of embel-
lishments that will match

Inks. And one thing I was
very impressed with is the
fact that it will be printed on
card stock so it will even
feel like a hand made scrap-
book. Unfortunately we are
going to have to wait until
the new year.

New Soft Set Eyelet Tool

I love my Crop-A-Dial but I
am getting this new tool.
Sometimes I want the back
of the eyelet to look as
good as the front. I just
can not get that from the
Crop-A-Dial. And the
noise from my hammer
eyelet setter makes using it
at night a no no, unless I
want to wake the kids.
What makes this tool dif-
ferent from other eyelet
setters? All you have to do is
apply a light downward pres-
sure.
The Soft Set Eyelet Tool
(Z1208 $14.95) must be used
with Soft Set Eyelets ($3.95
for 60). The combination of
the tool & the eyelets create a
flower effect on the back side

I was encouraged a while
back to enter my layouts into
the NY State Fair. Well I did
and I won a Honorable Men-
tion.
No it was not first place but I
tell you what, when I saw
some of the layouts entered I
did not think I had a chance.
