Overview

The price of oil and other fossil fuels are constantly rising; as a nation we need to look at
alternative power source, for example, solar, wind, hydrogen. As are president has stated
we need to stop relying on other world counties fuel resources.

SPM Wind Power LLC is working with other companies to develop new and exciting
project for the residential and small business. We are a harvesting a renewable resource,
Solar and wind. Our state of the art wind turbine generators transform the wind to power
for residential, small business, commercial and rural communities.

SPM Wind Power LLC plans to be a catalyst for sustainable economic growth
environmental stewardship, and energy security. Using renewable energy sources make
Michigan that much less dependent on fossil fuels. Every kilowatt of electricity generated
by renewable energy is a kilowatt that does not need to be imported form other state and
reduces harmful emission.

We currently have three new product to are business, Soutwest Windpower , Aerostat
wind power a 10kw wind turbine and Windterra The low cost and low profile provides
homeowners a renewable energy supplement that appropriate for installation in many
residential area in Michigan. With no batteries, it neatly connect directly to the
homeowners house to supply then power . When the wind blowing that renewable power
is used first and when the wind is not blowing there power come form the utility
company.

My business will help teach others the new technology, the way people work together to
solve problem and the ability to teach new ways that power cane be harvested by the
wind. As a small business the wind power we provide the opportunity to work with wind
turbine as small as 200watt to 100 KW turbine.

Project Summary
SPM Windpower is in the prosess of setting up a solar manufacturing plant with the
coaparation of Spire Corporation. Spire Corporation is a global solar company
providing turnkey production lines and capital equipment to manufacture photovoltaic
modules worldwide. Spire Semiconductor provides processing technology for
Spire’s silicon solar cell manufacturing lines and produces and sells custom gallium
arsenide cells for solar concentrator systems. For corporate or product information.
Solar power is in growing demand world wide and American Recovery & Reinvestment

•Spire customers are qualified "establishes a manufacturing facility for the production of
- (i) property designed to be used to produce energy from the sun"
•Certification a critical component to Speed "have the shortest project time from
certification to completion"
•Focus on US Job Growth allocation of funds "shall take into consideration which
projects - (i) will provide the greatest domestic job creation (both direct-jobs created by
making modules - and indirect - jobs created by buying American Made Equipment)
during the credit period"
•Time Critical "total amount of credits that may be allocated under the program shall not

With no hesitation, Little told attendees that crystalline silicon (c-Si) will
dominate the PV solar market, and he sees little reason to expect that the ratio in market
share between c-Si and thin films will change much from its current 80/20 split. By
his calculations, investing in fifty 50MW c-Si module plants to meet a projected shortfall
in solar PV module production (by 2012) will create about 30,000+ jobs within a three-
year period. Furthermore, he believes these plants should be built near solar farms to
reduce costs and stimulate even more local jobs to support the plants.

According to Little's calculations, if the industry is to meet the projected need for 3GW of
solar power in the US by 2012, the c-Si sector has to step up and meet its 80% share of
the market, or ~2-2.5GW. But after adding up the c-Si module capacity that has been
announced publicly so far, he found only ~800MW that will be online, leaving a huge
shortfall. Using his assumptions for the investment ($10M) required to put a 50MW c-Si
module plant (automated assembly line, cells with efficiency ~16%) into production, and
accounting for both federal and state tax credits ($3M and $5M, respectively), Little said
that if the product can be sold at $2.80/W, the revenue is about $140M/year. With a cost-
of-goods-sold (COGS) of ~$117M and taking into account SG&A, he estimates that the
EBITDA would be ~$17,200,000; this translates to a cost of ~$0.54/W to turn a cell into
a module, and most of that cost is materials driven, he said. Little urged attendees to jump
in and invest now. "Today, you can buy cells for about $1.80/W, therefore with a module
cost at 50MW/yr, the cost would be ~$2.34/W," said Little. "So this gets pretty
attractive."
Wind power is growing and is becoming recognized as a new power source. As oil will
continue to rise, companies area looking to for ways to reduce their power consumption.
Some state already recognize that wind power is good for the economy. It not only
provide clean power it provide jobs for their state.

Here is a list of equipment and cost to have are solar plant up and running within 6
monts.
Assembler 6000
Automatic lay up
EVA and Tedlar cutting equipment
Busing Station
Inspection Station
Laminator 1834N
Trim Station
Frame Press
Junction Box station
Sun Simulator 4600SLP
Hi Pot Tester
QA Pull and Gel tests Station

It also includes:
Spare Parts for the equipment
Installation at customer site
Equipment operation Training
Instructional assistance- how to make modules, and how to design modules.
Design the facility layout
Provide a recommended list of materials and suppliers
Help certifying the modules.

The total price for a standard production line including all the above, and pending any
additional details, is priced at approximately $1,900,000, ExWorks, Spire Corp, Bedford
Massachusetts, USA.
Delivery is ~6 months, depending on the time of ordering.
The production capacity for a starter line is about 12MW per year, running three shifts, 7
days per week, 50 weeks, 90% up time. (156mm cells, 15% efficiency, 220W panel and
smaller).
It requires about 10 operators, 1 supervisor and 1 Engineer per shift.
It requires about 10,000 SqFt for equipment and material storage.
Adding an additional Assembler and Laminator will double the capacity to 25MW, and
the additional cost is about an additional $900K. The number of Operators would go up
to 16 (same Engineer and Supervisor) and the floor space would be about 12,000 Square
feet. I would recommend getting a building with 12K sqft to start, to give you the option
of expansion in the future, rather than playing it close and potentially having to move the
line, if you wanted more capacity.

Our main goal is to introduce are new products to the state government agencies and
townships and to their volumteer fire department. Since their fire house are unman most
of the time. Are wind turbine cane help eliminate their power altogether. With the saving
they are able to demonstrate that wind is a win for there community.

As a dealer for the companies we represent we cane provide this service to the state. The
price of a unit is already determine for us. What is not determined for this wind turbine is
the location. It cane be installed just about any where and in any configuration from 35ft
pole to 120ft tower. These turbine are in a call by them self. The designed down-wind
direct drive and it intergraded system is the first in the United State.
Product

We can produce U/L certified solar panel of 220 W panel and are able to produce 12MW
worth of panels a year for the state of Michigan .

The product is from several different companies two of the companies are long standing
in the wind industry SWWP(Southwest Windpower),AEROSTAR and WINDTERRA
From SWWP come a new wind turbine that is fully intergraded ; operate in low wind
speed this target new market for wind. Resedential and small businesses are the primary
custemers. The Skystream3.7 a 1.9 kw turbine ans the Aerostar 10 kw turbine have the
potential to have a big impact in the wind market.

Aerostar, inc.
Aerostar anounces the 11 Meter wind turbine. Originally conceived more than 25
years ago, the new 30 KW turbine is the big brother of the Aerostar 6 Meter. With a rotor
diameter of 38 feet, the turbine is capable of producing 3 times the power of the 6 Meter.
The turbine has all of the features of the popular 6 Meter such as
