Process Trainer.

Job Description:

• Deliver Process Training for the new hires for the Process.
• Assisted underwriter by collecting information on applicants and evaluating routine
applications under the supervision of an experienced risk analyst
• Evaluated risks and provided assistance to new agents in generating new business.
• Developed training program and trained support personnel to maintain and
enhance system.
• Performed Gap analysis for new functionality requirements, as well as prioritized

roadmap.

Job description:
• Back Office Operations, which included Customer Account Creation, Line Activation,
and Activation of value, added features like STD/ISD etc.
• Responsible to allotting telephone nos. through out 6 cities.
• Co-ordination with 6 Dealers in the Pune cluster in Activation of frontline customers.
• Conducting Training sessions for new executive at dealer end on all the new processes
and latest offers.
• Out calling customers and informing them about activation of Value added features.

shipment

Telecom.

• Analysis of the Weekly report as to figure out Improvement areas in the process for
achieving the TAT.
