The number of students who are enrolling in the universities in the Philippines will increase because others especially rich ones wont pursue their degree in other countries. Good teachers will not be just appointed onto special sections with intellectual students, they too will teach on sections lower than the intellectual ones

 Our topnotchers in every universities will spend the better part of their productive years here in our country Teachers will not teach to foreign countries in order to get a high salary The current practice of subsidizing state universities and colleges to enhance access will stop There will be an expanded scholarship program, giving more focus and priority to the poor Amend the current system of budgeting for education across regions, which is based on participation rates and units costs. This clearly favors the more developed regions. There is a lesser need to provide more allocation to lagging regions to narrow the disparity across regions. The benefits given to the students abroad will also be given to the students here in our country. The funds given to all schools and universities will be equal
