Cut fa%rics = %atting according to the dimension a%o+e( For fa%ric = lining, 52 3 52 size is alread$ included 16-2 seam allowance( #raw sewing lines on the wrong side of the fa%rics with fa%ric marker or pencil(

Pin %atting on the wrong side of the fa%rics( rim the %atting to follow the fa%ric sewing lines if necessar$(

9titch diagonall$ on the right side of the fa%ric with sewing machine( >se the presser foot as a guide, sew parallel lines across the entire piece(

Finished diagonal )uilting on %oth sides of the purse fa%rics( 9et aside(

Co+er %oth zipper?s ends with the -2 3 1 16-2 fa%rics( Fold the raw edges on the 1 16-2 side and sew a narrow hem %efore co+ering the zipper?s end( Fold the -2 length into half and co+er the end (trim the raw edges on the zipper end if necessar$), pin to secure the position(

;epeat the a%o+e ! steps to the other side of the zipper(

.ring the purse fa%rics together with right side facing each other, do the same to the lining( .end the zipper?s edge down to the lining?s side( Pin %oth sides of the purse?s fa%ric and lining(

Cut !2 cord as a purse loop and place %etween the purse fa%rics, on the zipper head side( 9ew %oth side and lea+e a - 16-2 opening on the lining for turning the purse right side out( ip: if $ou want to do make the one on the right hand side of the main photo, sew %ase and zipper head side( *nstead of - parallel sewing, it %ecomes a ' B &, aka %ase"side"%ase(

Cra% the unsewn side (which is the %ase for this instance), turn the purse with sides meeting at the center( Pin to secure( #o the same to the lining and %ring the lining to the purse fa%ric(

9ew %oth purse fa%ric and lining fa%ric together, with lining opening facing up(

urn the purse right side out from the opening( *t ma$ seems a little too chunk$ to go through the small opening, as long as $ou turn each fa%ric through one %$ one, $ou will %e fine( >se knitting needle or something point$ %ut %lunt to shape the corners(

Fold the %alance of the cord into half and stitch the center to the center of the purse %ottom(
