Turn the cap upside down. Place the center of the peak over the center of a panel formed between 2 fpdcs. Sl st the unedged side of the peak (row 7) to the coordinating sl sts on round 20 of the hat. Fasten off. Tack the peak to the cap with one stitch at the red dot. Weave in ends.

Scarf!
Finished size: About 7 1/2 wide x 78 long, including fringe.! Gauge: Rows 1-3 = about 7 1/2 x 2 1/4 Pattern note: The ch 2, turn at the end of each row does not count as the first dc of the next row.

Assembly!
Sew or crochet together three hexagons as shown below, then sew or crochet together the two sides marked with an X to form the back seam. Pin the toe of the 3 joined hexagons to the center of one short end of the 9 1/2 rectangle, then pin the bottom of the back seam to the other short end of the same rectangle. Sew or crochet the rectangle to the three joined hexagons all the way around. Fasten off. Weave in ends. Repeat to assemble the second slipper.

Acrylic isnt recommended for this project, but can be used in a pinch. Crochet hook size H! Additional optional materials: About 1 yd. of cotton lining fabric Large snap set Iron Needle and matching thread ! (220 dc) Round 2: Repeat round 1. Note: Using one ball of the Denim, I only had enough yarn to complete two rows. You may want to just use the two rows, or, if you like, you can use an additional ball of the Denim to complete all 5 rounds. Rounds 3-5: Repeat round 1.

Assembly!
Iron each crocheted piece to block. If youd like to line your tote, lay the crocheted pieces on the fabric, trace around them, add seam allowance and cut out. Sew the lining together to fit the bag and turn inside out. Sl st row 16 of one of the bag pieces to 130 stitches of row 5 of the handle, then continue working sl sts in the remaining 90 handle sts; join with a sl st to the first sl st; fasten off. Sl st row 16 of the other bag piece to 130 stitches of the free loops of the foundation ch of the handle, then continue working sl sts in the remaining 90 handle sts; join with a sl st to the first sl st; fasten off. Weave in ends. Insert optional lining into bag, and whip st to handle and bag opening. If desired, sew each half of the snap to the inside of bag, behind the beginning ring.
