COAT OF ARMS LOGO IS FOR OFFICIAL/GENERAL USE

The Coat Of Arms logo - (Known as CREST in APO USA) This logo is one/half of our ocial APO insignias. It should never be altered in anyway or reintepreted. This logo can be a challenge to print at a small size.

Can be used as STAND ALONE or in partnership with the APO Seal logo (always placed on the left side). But not together with APO Torch Logo.

CORRECT COAT OF ARMS LOGO VARIATIONS

One-color usage
The logo may be reproduced in black

One-color usage on a dark background

The logo may be reversed to white on black or white on medium blue or a dark blue, such as Hanes Deep Royal or Deep Navy T-shirts.

SEAL LOGO IS FOR OFFICIAL/GENERAL USE

The Seal logo - (Known as Badge in APO USA) This logo is one/half of our ocial APO insignias. It should never be altered in anyway or reintepreted. This is the most famous of all APO logos and probably the most copied by other fraternities.

Can be used as STAND ALONE or in partnership with the APO Coat of Arms logo (always placed on the right side). But not together with APO Torch Logo.

CORRECT SEAL LOGO VARIATIONS

One-color usage
The logo may be reproduced in black and APO Blue but never in APO Yellow.

One-color usage on a dark background

TORCH LOGO IS FOR EXTERNAL SERVICES PROJECTS

The TORCH logo - displaying three ames representing Alpha Phi Omegas cardinal principles of Leadership, Friendship and Service - is the graphic identity that should be used for Service Projects. The torch logo should be the ocial logo to use when we are out to serve our communities and the school we are operating from.

Should be used as STAND ALONE logo and not together with APO Seal and/or Coat of Arms.

CORRECT TORCH LOGO VARIATIONS

The logo may be reproduced in black

Preferred one-color usage

SERVICE PIN LOGO IS FOR AWARDS & DOCUMENTS

For informal internal communications, such as awards, souvenirs or fellowship events, the Service Pin Logo may be used. The preferred usage would be in two colors, although it may be reproduced in blue ash shown, or in black and white. Please note that the JPEG les are photographic in nature and will work for 4-color printed materials or electronic uses. For less than 4-color printing, such as silkscreen printing on t-shirts or glassware, vector artwork will be required. Those les are in Adobe Illustrator .

APO LOGO WRONG USE

WRONG USE OF APO LOGOS

External audiences maybe confused if the use of APO logos are not consistent and uniform all throughout the Philippines and internationally with our Alumni Associations abroad. Avoid altering the APO logos to your preference inorder to avoid this problem. Below are some examples all Filipino APOs should avoid.

Avoid altering the APO seal in such a way that its integrity is compromised. Infact, DONT ALTER AT ALL.

Under no circumstances should any element or picture replace any element of our logo or superimposed upon it.

1925 is not part of the APO SEAL. It should never be superimposed or placed inside the SEAL. The Philippine Flag style for the SUN is also wrong. It should never replace the original APO Sun just because it is more pretty.

Under no circumstances should the APO seal be covered by any element. Also the APO Seal is non-standard.

The APO Coat of Arms should never be superimposed upon. For background images for websites that is ne but not for logos.

Logo integrity for both APO seal and COA should be kept. Broken logos where parts are hidden is not acceptable use.

Altering the colors of the elements of the APO Coat of Arms and Seal is strictly forbidden. In this case, the torch should not be colored red and the Fleur-De-Liz should not be colored green. This is a common mistake but these are not the ocal colors of these elements.

Reinterpretations of the APO Coat of Arms is prohibited. Helmet should also be open and not closed.
