This document covers the requirements related to Activity management
business process for the Release 2 Run CRM Solution.

Functional Requirements
ACTV-1: Removing unwanted Follow up transaction type for BP Task
A business transaction TASK Y030 is configured to transaction types as a follow
up transaction.

up transaction.
ACT-8 : Activities Search dropdown cleanup. Hide the following
options:
- Trade Promotion
- Trade Promotion Description
- Financial Contract ID
- Responsible at Channel Partner
- Employee Resp. at Channel Partner First Name
- Employee Resp. at Channel Partner Last Name
ACT-9: For Activities:
- Hide Questionnaires Assignment block
- Hide Dates, Scheduled Actions and Referenced Objects
For BP Tasks
- Remove Questionnaires and Referenced Objects Assignment Blocks

Configuration:
ACTV -1: Removing unwanted Follow up transaction type
for BP Task
The transactional processing system is currently configured for the Task Y030.
Process Steps:
1. Logon Web UI using user id sales_man and welcome password.
2. Create an Activity TASK, select ‘more’ button and select follow up option.
The below screen will show the Recommended Activity for the task Y030.

Configuration Technical Details:


1. The transaction type configured for BP Task is Y030 as a source
transaction type.
2. Check the transactions to the source transaction type mentioned in the
above Table for follow-up transactions of Transaction type BP
Task (Y030).

Configuration Documentation: (This Section will be updated after


Build and Unit Test Completed).
1. Access the activity using one of the following navigation options:

IMG menu Settings→Transaction->Copy Control for
Transaction types->Define Copying Control for
Transaction Types.

1. Select NEW ENTRIES.

2. Select Source Transaction as Y030 and Target transaction type


as BP Opportunity (Y002).
3. Save the Entry.
4. And follow the same procedure for the transaction types
maintained in the above table Table for follow-up transactions
of Transaction type BP Task (Y030)

ACT-6: Add Opportunities with Open Activities under Activities Sub


Menu.
Add the second level Navigation to Work center Activities in Navigation Bar.
Log on to Webclient. On the Navigation Bar, Activities work center the submenu
Opportunity with open activities will be shown.

Select your business role and click on Adjust Work Centers and assign the work
center Activities and click on Adjust Work Center Group Links and make
Opportunities with open activities as visible and in menu.

ACT-7: Add Leads with Open Activities under Activities Sub Menu
Add the second level Navigation to Work center Activities in Navigation Bar.
Log on to Webclient. On the Navigation Bar, Activities work center the submenu
Leads with Open Activities will be shown.

leads with Open Activities and Opportunity with open activities will not be
shown.
