Press Image>Adjustment>Auto Levels
and then Filter>Filter Gallery>Sketch>Plaster
getting a kind of drops on the picture Select next the Magic Wand Tool (W) and make a click between the drops on the white background. Well get a marking on the background. To get an inversion effect, we need to press the next combination of buttons Ctrl+Shift+I. Select after that the black color and press the next combination of buttons Alt + Backspace for the drops to get the black color.

In this tutorial youll see how to create blue abstract wallpaper for your desktop. Then select the Rectangle Tool (U) to draw the background of the picture we want to get.

Using the Free Transform selection, we must narrow down by vertical position the same layer till getting 30 degrees .

your instruction C reate a new layer. Mark it out, so mark the previous layer and press C TRL+E doesnt make sence to an amiture. I cant seem to distort the picture

on chich layer pen tool is used, I dont gate glow on the spines drow by pen tool but I gate glow on the distorted layer please specify which layer is selected for the use of pen tool

Hi John, I know sometimes its really pain in the head if there are not enough information to start the project. Its happened very often with me when Im following an instruction of a projects and half way found out that- some information is missing- so no where to go beside not doing it anymore. Anyway- just type metal background in the Googles image section and youll find the image shown above in the first or 2nd pages. Its seems pretty close and the size mentioned. Good luck. Jenna
