Using the Free Transform selection, we must narrow down by vertical position the same layer till getting 30 degrees .

C reate a new layer. Mark it out, so mark the previous layer and press CTRL+E . Next we shall rotate the canvas (Image>Rotate Canvas>90 CW) and only after that the Free Transform option will be used for situating the layer on the central part of the picture.

When I created the same color combinations as shown in 4th picture and tried to rotate the canvas 90 cw it was completely changing from your work outs What are your instructions for me in your above problems. on chich layer pen tool is used, I dont gate glow on the spines drow by pen tool but I gate glow on the distorted layer please specify which layer is selected for the use of pen tool

There following things that i couldnt understand: 1. Why did you draw the rectangle tool? 2. When I created the same color combinations as shown in 4th picture and tried to rotate the canvas 90 cw it was completely changing from your work outs What are your instructions for me in your above problems. your instruction C reate a new layer. Mark it out, so mark the previous layer and press C TRL+E doesnt make sence to an amiture. I cant seem to distort the picture

on chich layer pen tool is used, I dont gate glow on the spines drow by pen tool but I gate glow on the distorted layer please specify which layer is selected for the use of pen tool

What I did for the mark it out part was change the layer into a smart object and then rasterized it. The rest went pretty well from there.

Hi John, I know sometimes its really pain in the head if there are not enough information to start the project. Its happened very often with me when Im following an instruction of a projects and half way found out that- some information is missing- so no where to go beside not doing it anymore. Anyway- just type metal background in the Googles image section and youll find the image shown above in the first or 2nd pages. Its seems pretty close and the size mentioned. Good luck. Jenna
