D Programmes in FOS & FOE in various Departments at NIT Srinagar for the session autumn -2013 issued vide Notice dated: 26th June, 2013 are informed to report to Dean Academic Affairs Office as per the Scheduled dates already notified at NIT website for enrollment along with the following original and two Xerox photocopies of each below mentioned document. 1. MSC/M.Tech Marks Card. 2. MSC/M.Tech Qualification Certificate. 3.Date of Birth Certificate. 3.Migration Certificate 4.Character Certificate of Institute last attended. 5.Discharge certificate from the college last attended. 6.Affidavit duly attested by Ist class Magistrate that I am not presently working in any Government/semi government/private or not on the rolls of the College/Institute/University. 7.16 Passport size photographs. 8.Fee Rs= 4000/=deposited in the Institute chest after taken enrollment.
