The ASPIRE Academy Sport Science Department will be conducting a series of physical tests designed to measure athletic performance. Performance measures will include timed sprints, jumping height and throwing speed. All participants will be provided with a record of their personal scores and will be able to compare them to the performances of World Champions as well as our own ASPIRE athletes. Aspire Academy Football Performance & Science department is promoting a series of tests based on football-related activity. In each station of the circuit participants can enjoy the feeling of assessing their physical and technical skills. The activity is based on simple and fun trials monitored with high technology systems. Participants can challenge themselves with a variety of general ability trials, including accuracy of shots on goal, speed and agility. Four different games, designed for boys and girls over 12 years of age and monitored by LDP specialists, promote values such as teamwork, focus, communication, responsibility, fun, challenge and respect. A wall climbing activity run by climbing experts is also included.

The 5,000 Step Journey

The Healthy Lifestyle department of Aspetar invites families to enjoy the experience of the Step Into Health Program. The route starts around the Torch Hotel area, ending at the dome exit. Around six male-only teams will participate Qatar Flag Football League in this tournament, with Aspire giveaways distributed at the final whistle.
