Maurice A. Straub, affectionately called "Maury" by The MOB, is doing business as the head of the quasi-military agency named the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Department, which is an agency of the Public Corporation named Ozaukee County, which itself is a subdivision of the Public Corporation named "State of Wisconsin" (which should not to be confused with "Wisconsin"). "Maury" runs the largest revenue raising bed and breakfast joint in Ozaukee County.

Straub denied property owner Steve Magritz equal protection of the law, and, engaged in a cover-up of crimes committed by corrupt Ozaukee County Corporation Counsel Dennis E. Kenealy. Straub is not a "peace officer". The Corporate State no longer has "peace officers", because real "peace officers" work for the people, and maintain peace within the community. A peace officer honors his duty to protect and defend the God-given, inherent rights of the people, which are secured and guaranteed by the Bill of Rights and the Wisconsin Declaration of Rights. A peace officer honors his duty as a

Fiduciary of the Public Trust and at all times displays good faith, honesty, and integrity.

Straub is strictly a "LEO", or "Law Enforcement Officer". A LEO is a policy enforcer, often called a policy-man, or policeman, who owes his allegiance to the Corporation, the public corporation, that he works for. A LEO enforces policies called "statutes", "codes", "rules", "regulations", and "ordinances", all of which are designed to protect the Corporation and to raise revenue, or money, for the Corporation. A LEO is a sock puppet for the members of the Bar Association who run the Corporation. A LEO most often does not uphold or support the Constitution because of the conflict of interest between revenue raising activity for the Corporation as provided by "statutes" or "codes" or "ordinances", and obeying the Constitution, the Law of the Land. These Corporation statutes or policies were not designed, nor intended, to protect the rights of the people. A "dedicated" LEO most often does not honor his oath to support, protect, defend, or abide by, either the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of Wisconsin. Straub would honor his required oath to support the Constitution and protect the inherent right of the people to own Private Property, provided Straub with all the documents that had been recorded or filed in the public record, and kept Straub informed of the crimes being committed by corrupt Corporate Counsel Dennis E. Straub then sicced a 9 man hit squad in full military camo, jack boots, black face masks, and machine guns upon the elderly owners, 145 pound handicapped Steven and his Japanese wife, screaming, "Where are the dogs?". (Murderers) These screaming, lawless public officers wanted to shed blood and murder the family pets. One Rambo pointed a machine gun at Steven's face from a foot away. Another Rambo held a pistol to the head of his wife. The elderly couple were thrown to the floor and handcuffed. Revenue Agent Straub then threw the elderly couple in the Corporation jail. All without a warrant.

Revenue Agent "Maury" Straub Violently Steals NON-TAXABLE, Private Property, under the Pretense or Guise of a "tax foreclosure"
The 62.25 acres of private property that was STOLEN at gunpoint by Revenue Agent Maury Straub and his 24 man SWAT Team with machine guns was, and is, immune from taxation. This private property is NOT TAXABLE. The NOT TAXABLE nature of this private property is protected by federal Land Patents granted by the United States of America prior to Wisconsin becoming a state. Even though the Private Property was NOT TAXABLE, Magritz had tendered payment as extortion under threat of foreclosure. But Corporation Counsel attorney Dennis E. Kenealy, aided by Treasurer Karen L. Makoutz, stole the payment from the county treasurer's office. Then Kenealy stole the Magritz Answer to the foreclosure action from the court file so Kenealy could obtain a Default Judgment. Straub had documentation of those facts. This NON-TAXABLE private property was sold by the United States of America pursuant to an Act of Congress on April 24, 1820. A stated purpose of this Act was to provide Americans with a freehold in land. Americans were to be Freeholders. Americans were to own their land free and clear, and not subject to any government taxation ("rent"). The Land Patents granted all rights, privileges, and immunities of the United States of America to the buyer and his heirs and assigns, forever. One of the immunities was the immunity from taxation. The land was private, NOT taxable, and could not be taken by these corrupt public officers. But take it they did. At gunpoint. With violence. Yee - Haw !! A chance to "use" our "toys" against one of the people. Now, FOREVER is a very long time, unless of course if you are a corrupt attorney or corrupt judge or corrupt lawless sheriff or other corrupt public officer with a very short memory, "forgetting" that you had sworn to and signed an oath to uphold the Constitutions, and had sealed that oath with the operative clause, "So help me God". Words on a contract called a Federal Land Patent obviously don't mean anything to the criminal element in government. And the operative clause "So help me God" on a sworn oath does not mean anything to demagogs, Wanna-bees, "godless" tyrants, or dishonest public officers. Especially when they have the

Repeals any inherent right (if you don't like No. 2 above). Repeals the right to own private property. Repeals the Commandment prohibiting you, or anyone else, from stealing. Repeals the federal and state Constitutional provisions prohibiting you from impairing the obligation of contracts, such as Land Patents. Repeals the federal and state Constitutional provisions prohibiting slavery or involuntary servitude by you or anyone else. Repeals the "Bill of Rights", which probably should have been named the Bill of Limitations, and the Declaration of Rights of Wisconsin, both of which prohibit you from taking private property for public use without first paying just compensation. Straub knew, or had reason to know, that the Magritz private property was NOT TAXABLE, was protected by the Constitution, the Declaration of Rights, and Land Patents, and that Kenealy was acting criminally. Straub had been specifically told numerous times by Magritz that Magritz would NOT "abandon" his property. Thus, the 24 man SWAT Team was used to physically "take him out". Straub had to breach his fiduciary duty, perjure his oath, and commit crimes, including but not limited to kidnapping and false imprisonment, all because that stubborn Magritz would not "abandon" his private property. [Exit stage right, Maurice A. Straub, hurriedly and visibly upset. Straub knew that if he refused to arrest Kenealy, then he was engaged in covering up crimes that he had knowledge of. It is called being an accessory after the fact, which is in addition to Straub's other crimes. Many believe the Criminal Element in Government should serve two terms. Straub refused to arrest his corrupt attorney buddy, Dennis E. Kenealy, therefore Magritz filed a petition in the circuit court for a judicial determination of whether or not the Magritz Report of Criminal Activity By Victim/Witness (the Affidavit) stated probable cause, which would then require Straub to arrest Kenealy.
