Human Resources Business Partner/Consultant Recruited by Senior Leaders to bring newly acquired Mail Order Delivery and Aetna Specialty Pharmacy business into the Aetna business model and culture. Partnered with leaders to improve underperforming Pharmacy business. Provided strategic HR support to over 15,000 corporate and field-based employees focusing on business segments involved in Pharmacy, National Care Management (NCM), Underwriting, Actuarial and Sales. Supported Bahamian based employees completing the $1.5B construction expansion of the Atlantis property.
