I invoke the twins, the Marassa, Horus & Set, Good & Evil, Maat & Heru-Ra-Ha, Male & Female, Lovers linked in Eternal Embrace upon the Brink of Nothingness; T hey whose Existential Courage is to Divide & Be. I invoke the Mort, Ancestors Living & Dead, Especially those who have hidden themselves from experience of themselves as God/dess/All-T hat-Is/Was/Can-Be Let the W heel stop! Let the cycle of Birth/Death/Incarnation Cease! For those who have trapped themselves in the Web of Creation, Preservation, & Destruction. I invoke Legba! Personification of the Word of every AEon. Messenger! Rasoul of God! Nahbim! T hou who art Murshid to all Mureeds, and Mureed to all Murshida! I invoke Lucifer, Prince of Darkness, Bearer of the Light and Utterer of the Word. Eyelid of Shiva & Dancer into Truth. I invoke T hee as Periclinus de Faustus, the Stone which the Builders have Rejected. Grossest Matter & un-regenerate Flesh! T hou who art uttermost Darkness, Be T hou welcome within the Light. Each of us who enters this Sanctuary does so via h-is/er private entrance. Each of us is a totally unique individual. While some of us may share certain beliefs, or have certain Mythologies in common, it is not these which bind us together. We are Christians & Satanists; Thelemites & Sufis; Voudoo Priests and Kitchen Witches; common folk and those who feel themselves to be special by birthright, heritage, or personal achievement. Some come from the Stars, while others are of the Flesh of Gaia. Atlanteans and Lemurians are in our midst, as are those who claim no other lives, or connections to other Times. What we share is not some common heritage, nor perhaps not even a common goal for who can say where each of us will be 20 years hence? What we share is Here-&Now. We are companions, for now, who take joy in our going. We travel together not out of dire need, nor simply for our convenience. We travel together because we treasure the process by which we come to Know and Love one-another. Is it Thy Will to join with us upon our little journey? We do share one thing in common, as we walk this planet in our human form. Wherever we go, whenever we choose to incarnate, we share certain foods in common. Symbolic of this commonality, we share now a Communion of Bread-&-Salt. To me, each time I share in this Communion of Bread-&-Salt, I remember that we are ONE as well as uniquely individual. From the perspective of Unity, it is not possible to betray a trust. Each being operates from a point of individual Will. Each has h-is/er own internal

gyroscope & compass to keep h-im/er aligned to h-is/er True Path. Any oath taken amongst us cannot be betrayed. Each of us will fulfill h-is/er oaths, each in accord with Will. We do not threaten you with dire consequences for the breaking of oaths for, to us, it is not possible for you (or anyone else) to break an oath. Share with us now in the Communion of Bread-&-Salt, by which we come to Know & Love one another. Do thou likewise. Prepare sacramental Food, and share it with your Family, Friends, and fellow initiates all the beings on this Planet. This pamphlet began as a scroll I created for a C/AOTO initiation ritual which I performed at the Harmonic Convergence, back in the mid-1980s.
