A ) Office Timings The office working hours at the Bangalore Offices on all working days is from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (with one hour break for lunch/tea/coffee). B ) Working days/ Weekly offs The Bangalore Offices will officially work on all days during the month except on Sundays and the Saturdays in between the first and last Saturdays and declared paid holidays. C) Attendance / Leave / Recording On Duty outside office Employees should record their attendance through intranet only. Employees can record attendance either daily or weekly by marking Present (P) i) Attendance: All employees and associates (on outsourced payroll) are required to sign-in the respective Attendance registers placed at the entrance and this is mandatory. II) On Duty (outside office): For the days when the employee is not present in office due to official work outside office (including out station work) should record attendance as On Duty (OD) on the intranet. III) Leave: When an employee intends to take Leave (PL), should record his/her leave through intranet and the same will be approved by the concerned HOD. The employees are expected to regularize as required all their attendance / OD/ Leaves taken by th 20 of every month. The monthly Salary will be processed taking into account this information. IV) Employees are expected to a) to attend office on time regularly b) kindly cooperate and follow laid down processes to ensure one set of guideline applies for their fellow colleagues V) Late Coming to office: Coming to office after 10 am, especially if done habitually will be considered late coming. In order to discourage late coming, the concerned employee will be debited with one day PL for every 5 days of late coming to office (arriving to office after 10 am) unless they regularize late coming on specific days through email to their approving Managers / payroll for valid reasons Just to mention, some of the systems mentioned above are already operational in the Mega Mart th office on 5 floor will continue to be followed in their current form till further review and communication.

D) Office Security set up Being a little paranoid about security is well placed given the current circumstances of public safety and security. It certainly gives some sense of relief and re assurance. And thus, it is advised to all employees / authorized associates visiting office to strictly comply with the procedures of material and personal safety. a) All material/ product samples/ company property such as Laptops/ personal belongings should be declared at the security desk whenever they are either brought inside office or being taking out of the office premises. A simple process of declaring these items in the respective inward-outward registers will be followed. b) Security personnel are authorized to frisking any employee/ check personal bags.. Employees are expected to cooperate as this is in the best interests of the company. E) Entry of Guests (Visitors): As a part of our customer centric culture we should treat all the authorized visitors to our premises with utmost care and respect. They may be our vendors/ customers / friends and family of employees/ students/ job seekers etc. The concerned employee/ team should take the responsibility for such visitors and help them follow with all the laid down procedures as mentioned below. a) Visitor Pass: All Visitors to the office must be registered at the entrance security desk, issued with a Visitors Pass which needs to be displayed on their person and return the same after the visit is over. b) Visitors at all times should be accompanied by the concerned employee/s and their entry into office premises should be restricted to Manager cabins / Conference/ meeting/ discussion rooms. Employee open work stations should be kept out of bounds for any visitor for any reason whatsoever. c) NO VISITOR ZONES : Certain specific office premises such as the design /product room, IT SERVER Room, etc should be beyond limits for any visitor unless specifically authorized by the concerned MANCOM member F) Mobile Mannerisms Employees are expected to demonstrate basic courtesy to their fellow colleagues by ensuring that their mobile phone settings such as volume and film tunes/ and other such funky ring tones do not distract their colleagues around them. Any employee distracted by such an abnormal ring tone/ volume of ring has the right to request the concerned employee to change the settings suitably and oblige the distracted employee. GENERAL RULES: 1. Employees should note that Security / office help staff such as HK/ Pantry/ maintenance are doing their duty and need to be respected for the same. 2. Kindly route any complaint suggestion w.r. t. to security/ housekeeping/ maintenance staff through Admin Manager only. Please do not give any direct instructions to them.
