It was founded in the year 1983. It has the Headquarters in Mumbai, India. Blue dart tied up with FedEx in the year 1989. It became a private ltd firm in the year 1991 and public ltd in the year 1994. It came into alliance with DHL and express distribution services in the year 2002. Blue Dart Express Ltd HR Strategy HR is not just a support function but more strategic in its approach. Programmes like leadership development, succession planning, development of talent pipeline, vision and values actualization, building and sustaining culture, inculcating best practices etc. Modern HRD system, they have a decentralized, organic HR structure.
