Quiet, safe, clean and ready to use, the New YEG series generator sets are the top-quality, straightforward answer to your power needs. You get the advantages of 2-pole generation in a newly enhanced, durable, cost-saving form, and the old noise of high-speed operation simply no longer applies. That is worth repeating for clients who dont trust the durability of 2-pole units. Youll change your mind with this superb Yanmar engine inside! Two versions are available : the canopy and sound proofed bonnet models, depending on what you need.

Quiet and Good to the Environment

The first thing you notice a bout the New YEG series is that there is so little noise. Yanmars own CA E techniques have gauged the stiffness of materials just right and damped radiant noise. Those methods have also produced the perfect muffler volumes and optimum use of sound isolation materials. It all adds up to ext ra-low noise that is ideal for use in ur ban and resident ial are as. The all-round people-friendliness is obvious in the exhaust dat a, too, thanks to the Ya nmar TNV engines. The New YEG150 and YEG200 s at isfy E PA Tier 4. They feature even better flow mixing in the main chamber and t he special mouth around the injector, plus efficient use of incoming air for cle aner burning and low emissions. The New YEG series gives the air and fuel charging more fluid energy. The swirl continues during combustion for even better mixing and lower emissions.

Compact, Powerful and Long-lasting

Yanmar has a long t radit ion of producing world- beating small, highspeed, hard-wor king engines. Their combination here with super b 3-phase, 4-wire generators, t ried and tested in many ha rsh wor king environments across Asi a and t he Middle East, brings substantially bigger generat ion capacity for the same package size. Both the canopy and sound proofed bonnet versions a re light weight and t ake up very lit t le space. The TNV are Ya nma rs st at e-of-t heart small indust rial engines, now even more dura ble t han ever due to enhanced block cooling, stiffer cranks and pistons, and finer journal and other tolerance. The gensets have protect ive devices against lu brication oil pressure drop, excessive water temperature rise and fault y battery charging. These a re gensets t hat will continue to run and run.

The out put terminals are covered and placed well way from the instrument panel to prevent electric shocks etc. An earth terminal is included. All rot ating parts are well covered, too, for a ccidentfree operat ion.
