ACTA DE RECIBO FINAL DE OBRA CIVIL Contina Acta Recibo Final de Obra Civil. Contrato No. 693-06 del once (11) de Diciembre del 2006 En San Juan de Pasto, a los trece (13) das del mes de Diciembre del ao dos mil siete (2007), se reunieron en la Secretara de Infraestructura y Minas del Departamento, los seores: GILBERTO BETANCOURT PEREZ, Secretario de Infraestructura y Minas; MARTIN BELALCAZAR, Subsecretario de Infraestructura y Vas del Departamento; JORGE BUSTAMANTE RIVERA y ANA CRISTINA VELA PERDOMO, Profesionales Universitarios Secretaria de Infraestructura y Minas, que para el efecto tendrn la Supervisin delegada; JOSE MINGAN SANCHEZ, Contratista de Interventora y MARIA PATRICIA CERON ROSAS, Representante legal Unin Temporal Junn Contratista de Obra, con el objeto de suscribir el Acta de Recibo Final de Obra, de CONSTRUCCION DEL ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO EN EL SECTOR SALIDA A JUNIN, I ETAPA, EN EL MUNICIPIO DE BARBACOAS, DEPARTAMENTO DE NARIO, previa entrega fsica en el sitio de ejecucin de las obras, en donde el contratista entreg al Interventor, quien recibi los trabajos valorados en la presente acta segn especificaciones y cantidades establecidas en el contrato. NOTA: La presente acta se firma con fecha trece (13) de Diciembre del 2007, debido a mediciones, rectificaciones y cuantificaciones de la obra, en los tramos entre cmaras 83 ubicada en el barrio 29 de Agosto a la cmara 77 ubicada a 50 metros abajo de la estacin de servicio salida a Junn, donde se presentaron derrumbes de la zanja y cuevas profundas.
