Pg 4-5, First, the meaning of Khatimun Nabeyeen should be well understood. For general populace, the meaning of Prophet (PBUH) being Khatimun Nabeyeen is that the time of prophet (PBUH) is after other prophets and he is the last prophet. But people of understanding (wisdom) have realized that there is no superiority of being the first or last messenger in itself. Page 7, Prophets are higher and better than their followers (ummati) only in knowledge. When it comes to good deeds, the ummati (followers) attain equal status of prophets and sometimes they go above them. Pg 18,
Even if we assume that during the time of prophet there is some other prophet somewhere else, this will not make any change in the status of Propthet being Khatimun Nabeyeen.
Pg 34,
If we assume that in future there comes any other prophet, this will not make any change in the finality of prophet (Khatimiyat Muhammad)
If people do not consider this station (of being the last prophet) as something praiseworthy than it can be said that Khatimiyat with regard to later time (takheer zamany) might be correct *2 lines later+ if prophet (PBUH) is accepted as the last Nabi and this station (of being the last prophet) is considered as something praiseworthy, then this will give a meaning of USELESS TALK from Allah
