Lab.rinth 7roject( This is one of Ps/(hologi(al pro$e(t that is taught in B.Ed. and M.Ed. through 0hi(h the trainee de.elops the s%ill of reinfor(ement for students. Through this pro$e(t the trainee is taught ho0 help student o.er(ome the errors that stop them from progressing. The .er/ e1perien(e of going to the (ollege for see%ing internship permission 0as .er/ re0arding. The staff of the (ollege 0as .er/ 0el(oming and (o<operated to the full e1tent. The (redit of the same goes to the our fa(ulties espe(iall/, ,r. B.B. Ramanu$ for (reating referen(e eforehand. The staff of the (ollege is .er/ (o<operati.e, supporti.e and en(ouraging. 2ithout their en(ouragement it 0ould not ha.e een possi le to (ondu(t le(tures in the (lass. The most 0orth mentioning e1perien(e is of (ondu(ting the le(ture. Dn the .er/ first session it e(ame .er/ e.ident that one must do proper home0or% efore ta%ing the le(ture. The students on the other hand ha.e e(ome .er/ smart and the/ e1pe(t mu(h from their le(turers. 6o0e.er, the students here 0ere .er/ (o<operati.e and o edient. The present le(turers 0ere Fuite en(ouraging the students e.en 0hen the/ did sill/ mista%es. 2e learnt a .er/ good lesson from this that one of the most desira le Fualities of a tea(her is that of a moti.ator and en(ourager. #ondu(ting a 6and 2riting #ompetition 0as also a .er/ good e1perien(e. 6anding out papers to students, as%ing them to maintain the speed and arranging them in spe(ial manner 0as all a ne0 e1perien(e. 4rom this e1perien(e, 0e (an not (ondu(t su(h (ompetitions easil/. The most 0orth noting e1perien(e is that 0e learnt to maintain (lass (ontrol. 2e found that man/ a times students fo(us .er/ properl/ and the topi( that 0e thin% other0ise (ontinue for an hour get (ompleted in $ust half hour. Instead it should e1tend to a month or more time period 0here in 0e (an get more idea and a ilities of doing pra(ti(al 0or%. It 0ould e mu(h appre(iated if su(h internship programme (an e (ondu(ted for around one to three months along 0ith appropriate stipend.
