I had a request for the 7-Up Biscuits.... Four simple ingredients you most always have on hand!

(ut sour cream into $iscuit mi)* add 7-Up. +a es a very soft dough. ,prin le additional $iscuit mi) on $oard or ta$le and pat dough out. (ut in to - $iscuits. +elt !"# cup $utter in a - inch square pan. %lace cut $iscuits in pan and $a e for !2-!& minutes or until golden $rown.

If you are using regular muffin tins* you will need to cut down the rings to fit or 1ust use pineapple tid$its

Keat to $oiling. @educe heatE coo potatoes until for -tender. ?rainE return to saucepan. /dd $utter and !"# cup mil E mash until creamy and smooth* adding more mil as necessary. ,eason with salt and pepper. +a e sure mashed potatoes are creamy and smooth so they can $e piped onto meat loaves. & %lace potatoes in !'-inch decorating $ag without tip. ,tarting at outside of loaf and in circular motion* pipe potatoes onto each meat loaf. If desired* garnish with additional parsley and or $acon $itsH @emove from muffin cups.

!. .a e potatoes out of the fridge and let sit for a few minutes to ta e the chill off a $it. +eanwhile shred the cheese* chop scallions* and coo $acon then dice finely. /dd potatoes and flour to a large mi)ing $owl and stir to com$ine well* then add cheese* $acon* and scallions. .a e a$out a heaping ta$lespoon of mi)ture and roll with hands into a small $all. It if doesnRt hold its shape* add a little more flour to ma e the potatoes sturdy. @epeat until done. 2. Keat oil in a medium sauce pan S or use your fryer S over medium"medium high heat to a$out 9&'97& degrees. 5his egg into a small $owl and season with salt and pepper. %lace $read crum$s in an additional $owl. ?ip each $all in egg and then roll in $read crum$s until fully coated. ,et aside on a sheet pan. 9. .est oil with one $all. .he oil should $u$$le when potato is in oil and $all should ta e a$out !-2 minutes to $rown and coo through. 0If ta es longer the oil needs to $e hotter* if it $rowned too quic ly on the outside and the inside is still cold* the temperature needs to $e lower.2 7nce oil is ready* add potato $alls in small $atches and fry for !-2 minutes S it will depend on si6e. @emove with slotted spoon and place on paper lined plate to allow e)cess oil to drain off. @epeat until done. #. /llow to cool for a minute or two and serve with dipping sauce.

Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients 5 cups water 2 !' ounce cans condensed cream of chic en and mushroom soup 2 cups chopped coo ed chic en 0a$out !' ounces2 1 !' ounce pac age fro6en mi)ed vegeta$les 0cut green $eans* corn* diced carrots* and peas2 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper or garlic-pepper seasoning 1 1/2 cups dried egg noodles ?irections 1. In a 9 !"2- or #-quart slow coo er* gradually stir the water into soup until smooth. ,tir in chic en* fro6en vegeta$les* and seasoned pepper. 2. (over and coo on low-heat setting for B to D hours or on high-heat setting for 9 to # hours. 3. If using low-heat setting* turn to high-heat setting. ,tir in uncoo ed noodles. (over and coo for 2' to 9' minutes more or 1ust until noodles are tender.

(ut each round in half* then press 2 halves into each muffin cup* overlapping slightly and ma ing sure $read comes up to edge of cup. Use e)tra $read to patch any gaps. Brush $read with remaining $utter. 2. ,tep 2In a large s illet* coo $acon over medium* until almost crisp* # minutes* flipping once. 0It will continue to coo in the oven.2 Gay ! $acon slice in each $read cup and crac an egg over each. ,eason with salt and pepper. Ba e until egg whites are 1ust set* 2' to 2& minutes. @un a small nife around cups to loosen toasts. ,erve immediately.

Banana %udding %o e (a eH IngredientsA ! 0!' o6.2 $o) yellow ca e mi) ingredients needed to ma e ca e 0eggs* oil 3 water2 2 09.# o6.2 pac ages instant $anana pudding # cups mil ! 0D o6.2 tu$ fro6en whipped topping* thawed 2' vanilla wafers* crushed ?irectionsA %repare ca e mi) according to pac age directions for a -)!9 ca e. 7nce ca e comes out of the oven* allow it to cool for 1ust a couple of minutes. .hen* with a wooden spoon handle or some other similarly-si6ed o$1ect* $egin po ing holes in the ca e. =ou want the holes to $e fairly $ig so that the pudding has plenty of room to get down in there. Be sure to po e right down to the $ottom of the ca e. In a $owl*whis together instant pudding with # cups mil . ,tir until all the lumps are gone. Get the pudding sit for 1ust a$out 2 minutes* so it has 1ust slightly $egun to thic en $ut not fully set* it should still $e easily poura$le. %our pudding over ca e. .a ing care to get it into the holes as much as possi$le. ,pread it all out and using the $ac of the spoon gently push pudding down into the holes. %ut the pudding into the fridge to set and cool. 7nce your ca e has completely cooled* spread on whipped topping. If you haven8t done so already* crush your vanilla wafers. I 1ust place mine in a 6iploc $ag and crush them with a rolling pin. Geave some of the pieces $ig. It8s nice to have a $it of a crunch when you eat the ca e. ,pread crushed wafers onto the top of the ca e. =ou can do this part immediately $efore serving the ca e if you li e. .his will ensure the wafers are (runchy when you serve it. I thin this ca e gets more delicious over time. .o me* it8s even $etter the ne)t day so it8s a great dessert to ma e ahead of time. ,erve with freshly sliced $ananas. Ceep refrigerated.

Ba e at 9&' degrees for 2& minutes or until top is starting to $rown. 47.;...+ine too the full 2& minutes to get done and did not $rown on top at all A22 (ool on wire rac and sprin le with powered sugar.
