Role of Training and Development in the growth of Company Viz.

Triveni Almirah Pvt Ltd (Lucknow Based Pvt Ltd Company). Statement of the problem: Development and Growth of any organization depends on its quality of human resources. Every organization needs to have well trained and experienced people to perform the activities that have to be done. Human beings develop a stake in the enterprises as they work in it and hence their training, development and growth constitute a critical factor in the development and growth of the organization. In this project, I briefly sketched how the Training and Development helped organisation to seek answers to the problems/situations related by the growing complexity of the organisations particularly in Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Objectives of the study:

1) To identify the role and importance of Training and Development in the company 2) To evaluate the different systematic approach of Training and Development. 3) To estimate the growth of human resources in the company after training and development of employee. secondary Data 1) To collect the sampling data by the questionnaire. 2) To evaluate the data analysis by the application of various statistical tool. 3) To conclude the data analysis by the application of graphical representation.
