Introduction This project HSE Plan (HSEP) describes the total requirement both for compan and

contractor. This HSEP !ill not repeat internal requirements in detail" but !ill ma#e reference to the appropriate contractor procedures. This document must therefore be read as part of the HSE procedures represented b the references in $rticle 1"% abo&e" and those in this 'hapter 2. 2.2 HSE (esponsibilities

Project mana)er is accountable to the )eneral mana)er for all HSE issues under the scope of this contact.
