Basic specifications: Units will be single package self contained 30HP units with onboard electric Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) 480V 3ph 60Hz **alternate voltages available upon request** Hydraulic controls will be located in a manner that allows for ease of operation and unobstructed view by the operator. Easy to follow operators instructions will be posted at the operators location. Primary language is English. Alternate languages are available upon request at no additional charge. Clump (guide weight) will be constructed from steel with Nylatrol sheaves. The Hydraulic system will incorporate cylinders with dual locking valves. Main and auxiliary relief valves will discharge back to the hydraulic reservoir. The hydraulic reservoir will have a capacity of 60USGal. (228L) Hydraulic piping will be constructed from 316SS connections will be 316SS Swagelok. Flexible hose connections will be made as necessary. Lubrication lines will be hard plumed to common manifold to allow for easy lubrication of components. Lubrication/grease lines will be constructed from 316SS tubing.

Units will be constructed in accordance with American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Rules for Building and Classing Underwater Vehicles, Systems and Hyperbaric Facilities 2014 and associated ABS steel vessel rules as required. Primary recovery of the diver stage will be via the main winch. Secondary/emergency recovery will be provided via the guide/clump weight winch. Units will be finished with three part marine coatings Design meets or exceeds IMCA DO23 requirements. A computer data base for maintaining periodic inspections and maintenance per IMCA requirements will be delivered with the units. The data base operates from a simple Microsoft excel program. Maintenance manual with complete illustrated parts breakdown (IPB) drawings required to perform basic repairs, component service and or part replacement are included.
