1 Introduction
An oil field containing a proposed well location is the subject of our simulation model.
Three simulation models were developed:
Case-1: The vertical well P1 located at the centre of Model-1.
Case-2: The vertical well P2V located at (X, Y): 15, 5 relative to Model-2.
Case-3: The Horizontal well P2H located at (X, Y): 15, 5 relative to Model-2.

The purpose of the study is to simulate the production for each case (Oil & Water) and the
pressure behaviour with respect to time; and compare the results.
The simulation will be performed using IFLO program Finite difference simulator which
assumes a block centred grid.

From the acquired data, The OWC is located at 8070 ft at a pressure of 6000 psia.
Using an Oil Gradient of 0.321 psi/ft, this gives a pressure of 5977.5 psia at the top
of the structure located at a depth of 8000 ft.
