Submit application to the overseas mission of the Republic of China(ROC)The consular office will examine the application and request an interview if necessaryCases requiring further review should be referred to the Bureau of Consular Affairs for approvalGuarantor in ROC submits a letter of Guarantee for Visa Application to the Bureau of Consular AffairsNotify the overseas mission to issue visaEnter the ROC before expiration date of the visaHolder of a visa bearing No Extension may not apply for extension, unless his(her) request for changing to an extendable visa is approved by the Bureau of Consular Affairs. 2. Visitor Visa for Business Purpose Requirements Description 1.Completed & signed Please access the website: application form https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw/ to fill out application form online and print it out. 2.Two passport-size Photos with a white color background photos in color within 6 months 3.Passport (original & Valid for 6 months with blank pages photocopy) 4.Evidence of business 1. Company's employed & job assigned letter activities 2. Invitation Letter 3. Ongoing letters, trading records (e.g. LC, remittance receipt...etc.)

Applicants can lodge their applications with the necessary documents and statutory fee at our overseas missions. 2. Interview may be required when necessary.

Notices 1. Visas are issued as stipulated by Article 12 of the Statute Governing Issuance of ROC Visas for Foreign Passports. As a sovereign nation, the ROC has the right to refuse applications for visas without providing any explanation for such decisions; visa application fee is not refundable. 2.
