The five mottoss the company lives by. Since its inception in 2004, Hello Fried Chicken (HFC) strives to deliver its unique service to the mass public. With four outlets scattered at key locations around the city, it aims to cater to the fast food lovers of Dhaka. Overseeing all outlets from their corporate office in Niketon, HFC has been catering to age groups of 7 and above and mostly outgoing teenagers and families with children who tend to eat out more often. Now, to cater to families who are pretty health conscious, they work hard to give the healthiest possible food by sourcing their food products from well established brands who are deemed reliable by the general public and approved by the authorities as clean, healthy and honest. In the following report, we have gathered information as to how and where they get their supplies and the processes they undertake to ensure a good healthy meal.

Supply Chain Management:

Corporate Strategy: HFCs corporate strategy states that they want to be an established fast food chain store in Bangladesh by gaining market share and maximizing profits.

Operation Strategy: HFC follows a made-to-order strategy. Based on their daily input and output, they put forward a requisition to their head office of their requirements. The head office at Niketon then acquires some of the supplies or transfers cash to the outlets for them to acquire the supplies from the designated suppliers. They perform this transaction on a day to day basis. In the case of the IUB outlet, HFC performs these actions 5 days a week, with week starting on Sundays and ending on Thursdays. There are special occasions when the University is open on Fridays or Saturdays and based on past experience, HFC prepares accordingly to the occasion. We have also collected the date on how much of each stock is maintained on an average on a day-today basis. The data has been presented in a table format below.
