WEAKNESS &uring the course of studying the '() and the tasks that was given, I have found some weaknesses on me. *mong them are unable to speak fluent 'nglish. !his makes me less self%confidence to communicate with colleagues and lecturers. In addition, the time constraint is one of my weaknesses factor in learning this '(). *s a science teacher standard +, I was so busy managing my students by providing extra classes for ,)-. examination that will soon is occupied by students. !his led to my lack of time to learn the language better. #oreover, I also feel shame and humility to speak and give new ideas in the 'nglish class or when communicating with friends and lecturers of fear of offense, and errors in communication later. I am also easy to forget the new and fresh vocabulary that will use in my communications.

STRENGTH

$esides having a weakness, I also have some strength during learning this '() programmed. I have basic I/! skills in life. With the availability of I/! skills, I can find information and reference materials in the internet to complete the task given to me. With skills like this also allows me to find reading materials in 'nglish with ease. *t school, I have friends who are always giving me encouragement and revitali0ation for increasing my skills in 'nglish. !hey always teach and correct my sentences when interacting with them even though the offense in the form of

phrases and sentences. In addition, I also have a strong which is I have interest to learn 'nglish more. *s we know, 'nglish language is considered difficult to learn it, but I ll try my best to learn this course. !his is because 'nglish is an important language in line with the ob"ectives of education to produce individuals capable of competing in a global world. 1ther than that, nowadays government also give a lot of supporting and encouraging to us to learn 'nglish.

IMPROVEMENT

!o overcome my weaknesses in '() program, I must be honest with myself that is not to be deceived by saying that I 2know2 even the fact that I 2do not know2. !herefore, I have a lot to ask and scrape timidity and inferiority, particularly in terms of words in communication. I also need to identify weaknesses in myself in the 'nglish. I have tried to make a lot of 'nglish training and exercises in grammar books in the website. When the worksheet is completed, I will re3uest to 'nglish teacher s review and correct the errors found and I will also discuss the review findings. In addition, I should be studied with teachers who are skilled in 'nglish. I have to look for these teachers so that I could learn the use of 2verb !o $e 4am, is, are, was and were5 and verb !'6-'- 4!'6-'- present, past and future !'6-'-5. In addition, I must make changes in my lifestyle. I need to develop a strong interest to learn 'nglish. Furthermore, I need to read books, maga0ines, newspapers and find a lot of reference in 'nglish. In addition, I have to watch

program in television which are 'nglish%speaking, watching movies and listening to 'nglish songs. From these sources, it will help me to apply listening and speaking skills in 'nglish. I also have to constantly make reference dictionary for translating words which I have difficulty to understand. $esides making the dictionary as a reference interpretation of the word, I m also uses the dictionary to learn how to run a reference my speech and communication in the 'nglish #oreover, I have to create a small group to improve my 'nglish. In this group, my colleagues and I have to plan and implement activities such as writing poetry and writing songs in the 'nglish. !his might help me improve my command of the 'nglish. *fter attending and learning the '() course, I can add to the knowledge and skills in using I/!, I can explore more websites to complete assigned tasks. In addition, my grammar will increase from time to time. * lot of grammar exercises in the website can be answered easily and smoothly. In addition, I also can share experiences and learn about 'nglish knowledge with my children and students. I will encourage my children and students to try to make grammar exercises in the internet through a website intended to increase their knowledge and skills.
