couple of different questions and neighbors we had started a neighborhood association, a neighborhood association, not a homebuyer's association, just something so we have some sort of understanding among our neighbors to have a unified voice. And our first meeting

that we had we invited a couple of the City Councilmen because we live on 20th Street where there was going to be several developments and we invited them, Dr. Rosenberg and Mike Woolston to join us. During this meeting at least two of our neighbors had been approached by Mr. Woolston in regards to selling of their home, they live closer to 20th Street, and they were very irate and they voiced their opinions about Mr. Woolston to Mr. Woolston. It's not

the first time Mr. Woolston had talked about real estate sales. So he had talked about real estate sales to these folks before the aldermen talked to your group? Yes. And what were their names, the folks?

Yes, he did, and he made the same statement at the neighborhood meeting as what he has made to the City Council what I have read in the local newspaper. What was that? That anything that he thinks is a conflict of interest that he takes himself away from anything that may be a conflict of interest. He certainly didn't in that case, did he? I don't know anymore of the details as far as I don't know what he knew, what was told to our neighbors, how he solicited. I don't

know any of the other details about it, I just said at the meeting where Mr. Woolston was present - the meeting was not in regards to - that was not the format of what he's concerned about, and I made it clear at the meeting that we had marked out an hour's worth of time for everybody and it was an hour and 15 minutes, it was more of that topic, and if they wanted to talk directly to (inaudible) they could do that prior to this meeting. Okay. In any case two of your participants

that entity or was it just a nonincorporated association? Just a nonincorporated association, basically like a club agreement. All right. home? Yes, I did. And did you actually rebuild your

generally? Yes. So most of them are homes around you? Yes, they are. All right. And these two people that were

solicited, are they in an area that is still vacant? No, the area is Connecticut Street - 17th and 18th between Connecticut Street and Delaware Street. There's just basically two blocks.

And Murphy Boulevard, there's some homes over there. And these two people are over in that area? Yes, they are. All right. Well, thank you very much, and if
