Ordo Hermetika can be described as an initiatory college where students are gradually tried and tested in many different and diverse ways as they become more and more independent and learn how to teach themselves. The sole purpose of the Order is to aid each of its members on their individual quest by suggesting a suitable way by which they may attain the Sublime Goal. Every free person sound of mind and of adult age has an undeniable right to be admitted into the first grade. Advancement through the grades is based upon every individual member's own effort, dedication and diligence and is not to be negotiated nor acquired by any other means whatsoever including any kind of favoring or bribery. Our lineage is purely spiritual, our views are apolitical and unsectarian; We believe that there is no religion higher than truth. We believe in no dogmas. Our beliefs are guided by reason and backed up by experience; Our method is strictly scientific. Our absolute rule is never to interfere with the judgment of any other person whomsoever. Each of us is their own master and creator of their own reality tunnel; We respect individuality and cherish diversity of thought. The Order is meant to be primarily an on-line source of instruction and information but members who live within the same region may meet on a regular basis and apply for a charter if they wish to organize themselves and make a local body. - What do you offer? - A systematic approach for the beginner to the study of history, theory and practice of Mysticism and Magick.

- Would you consider the Order as LHP or RHP? - We practice neither abstinence nor over-indulgence. We follow the Middle Path, which is a path of balance a lot alike the path of Buddhism and that of mystic Qaballah.

- How do you differ in regards to other more traditional orders? - In contrast to Freemasonry and other orders of the Old Aeon, we openly accept Magick as the basic force behind all life and a fundamental tool for spiritual development. We also are a thelemic organization, that is to say, we accept the magical and cosmological principles outlined in Liber AL vel Legis, "the book of the law".

- How do you differ in regards to other thelemic orders? - The main difference is to be found in our study guide or curriculum. While keeping in high reverence the works of Aleister Crowley and the Holy Books of Thelema (the law is for all, all of these books are part of the public domain) we officially study other different types of literature involving but not limited to Gnosticism, Hermeticism and Theosophy. We therefore appeal to a broader audience.

- What are the order's teachings based on? - Our studies are based on the teachings of the Masters. In general, they are a synthesis of the occult with a special emphasis in theosophy, Gnosticism and ceremonial Magick.

- Is there an outline for beginners or does one have to be an adept? - Applicants receive a first grade curriculum which is an outline of the general philosophy and the work done in the upper grades. Real adepts do not need instruction.

We gladly announce there is an Interior College of enlightened and remarkable men of good will whose duty is to guard and preserve an ancient and technical knowledge of great power. The knowledge that we hereby make reference to may be considered as the father and mother of all science. Its custody represents a great responsibility because of the dangers it could cause at once if it were to fall in the hands of the unprepared. The Interior College that we speak to you of has catalyzed human progress and influenced all of the great social movements in history. They are greatly responsible for the civilization of the modern world. Its classic form was originally founded sometime during the fourteenth or fifteenth century; two centuries later they founded the Invisible College in London and announced themselves publicly in Germany under the name of the College of the Rosy Cross. This Inner Order has also existed under many other different names but you should know that it has always been governed by the same Spirit of Progress and under the guidance of the Secret Chiefs. Of these Hidden Masters it is unlawful for us to speak to the non initiate but we find it appropriate for you to know that they are preparing mankind for a second age of enlightenment. This upcoming age of enlightenment will coincide with what is known to mystics as the golden age or messianic age. Ordo Hermetika is a visible manifestation of the Interior College. It is the vehicle by which ordinary men may attain the knowledge of their True Will and come out of their slumber. We hold the key to the lesser mysteries that will awaken the more subtle faculties of the candidates mind and activate his creative powers by reconnecting him to himself. Ordo Hermetika; Constitution of the Order - 2013

Section One:

Overview

The Frater Superior and Outer Head of the Order (O.H.O.) shall be the main executive officer. The O.H.O. has the right to appoint officers of diverse kinds whose main function is to look after the stability and welfare of the Organization. There shall be three main officers presently known as: -Deputy Grand Master -Executive Office Delegate -Supreme Pontiff These three officers will form a group which shall be known as the Supreme Council of the Three.

Section Two:

The Supreme Council of the Three, a general description

The Supreme Council of the Three will function as a regulatory committee. In short, it is their duty to oversee the right conduct of the members of the Order and to guarantee that they all receive the same share of fairness and humanity. From time to time the officers will be called by the O.H.O. to work conjointly on different kinds of projects. The Supreme Council of the Three will have the power to expel any members who do not conform to the regulations and the positive spirit of the Order however; they must make a written notification to the O.H.O. first. Members who are being expelled have the right to write a letter appealing for clemency from the O.H.O. if they choose to. The O.H.O. has the power to grant condonation. When condonation takes place the O.H.O. may administer sanctions to the defendant or the accuser. The Supreme Council of the Three will have the power to appoint members to cover for them in case they are ill or away from home however; they may not do so without prior approval from the O.H.O. If need arises, the Supreme Council of the Three has the power to appoint a new officer in case they resign or are permanently unable to fulfill their responsibilities and obligations. If so, they must send the O.H.O. a letter providing a detailed explanation of the reason and circumstances involving their resignation.

Applications to an office must be sent to the O.H.O. via physical mail. The O.H.O. has the power to accept or reject them.

Section Three:

General executive powers of the O.H.O.:

The O.H.O. has the power to create new offices and delegate additional responsibilities to the officers. The O.H.O. has the power to relieve an officer from one or more of their responsibilities. The O.H.O. has the power to remove an officer from their position. The O.H.O. has the power to eliminate offices at any given time. The O.H.O. has the power to modify the rituals as well as the constitution of the Order. The O.H.O. has the power to create grades, to eliminate grades and to modify the structure of the Order. The O.H.O. has the power to promote members into higher offices. The O.H.O. has the power to expel any members who do not conform to the regulations and the positive spirit of the Order. The O.H.O. has the right to resign if he considers himself no longer unfit to rule the Order. If so, (s)he has the right to appoint a successor. If need arises, the O.H.O. has the power to dissolve the Order.

Section Four:

The applicants

Applicants must fill out an application form and send it into the Order headquarters. Applicants must get in touch with the O.H.O. to verify their application form has been received. Sending an application form does not guarantee membership. Reception will be confirmed by the O.H.O. via online. To complete the process of reception applicants are required to carry out the self initiation ritual appointed by the O.H.O.

Section Five:

The Supreme Council of the three, description of the offices

Deputy Grand Master; The Deputy Grand Master is the leader of the lodges within his or her appointed jurisdiction. He or
she annually appoints lodge officers to assist in his or her work.

Executive Office Delegate; The Executive Office Delegate speaks or acts on behalf of the organization at meetings or conferences between organizations of the same level. He or she is the Orders ambassador.

Supreme Pontiff; The Supreme Pontiff is the leader and Archbishop of the Ecclesia Hermetika, being the ecclesiastical arm of the Order.

Ritual of Self-initiation into the Order

Note: before initiating yourself into Thelema or any other magickal current you should investigate and inform yourself thoroughly. It is impossible to overemphasize this fact. The aspirant should have read the Holy Books of Thelema especially Liber AL vel Legis, the Book of The Law before formulating a magickal link with our Order. After this (s)he should continue reading the aforementioned books on a regular basis to strengthen and reinforce the magickal link. The Ritual:

Begin by cleaning up your room. Arrange everything in order as if you were expecting an important visitor to arrive. Play suitable music to elevate your thoughts. Put on perfumed oil, (symbolic of the element of water) clear your mind completely of all mundane, negative and unpleasant thoughts, and meditate until your body is totally relaxed. After this, cast on the floor a circle of about six feet in diameter, using paint, or white chalk or visualize it with your minds eye. Breathe deeply and chant the magickal mantra: AUMGN!

Sprinkle a little salt (symbolic of the element earth) over the circle to consecrate it, and say:

With salt I consecrate and bless this circle in the divine name of the goddess of Infinite Space, Nuit and her consort, the snake god of Light, Hadit. Breathe deeply and chant the sacred name: ARARITA! Sit in the center of your circle, facing north, with two white candles (symbolic of the element fire) and a censer of frankincense and myrrh incense (symbolic of the element air) before you. (it is best to perform this ritual alone and skyclad, or nude; however, if you feel uncomfortable working without clothing on, you may wear a ceremonial robe instead.) Light the incense, and then light the first candle, and say: I invoke and call upon thee O mother Goddess, creatress of life and soul of the infinite universe. By candle flame and incense smoke do I invoke Thee to bless this rite.

O thou blue-lidded daughter of Sunset; thou naked brilliance of the voluptuous night-sky. Thou who art known as Nuit, Babalon and the Scarlet Woman amongst many other beautiful and divine names, In this consecrated circle I do pledge myself to honor thee, to love thee, and to serve thee well for as long as I shall live. I promise to seek thee only, to be goodly therefore: to dress in fine apparel; to eat rich foods and drink sweet wines and wines that foam! Also to take my fill of love as I will, when, where and with whom I will! But always unto thee.

Pour some red wine on a cup and drink it. (symbolic of the element of spirit)

Light the second candle, and say:

By candle flame and incense smoke to bless this rite I invoke Thee. Hawk-headed mystical Lord, Crowned and Conquering child Instill within me thine Light from above! In this consecrated circle of candlelight I do pledge myself: to honor thee, to love thee, and to serve thee well for as long as I shall live.

O great god of War and of Vengeance Make me healthy and hale, alive and alert Be thou the strength, force, vigour, of my arms. That I may be fit to duly perform the Great Work! This I ask of Thee, O Hawk- Headed One Lord of the Aeon and Lord of the Sun! Lord of the Double Wand of Power, I do open my heart and soul to thee. Give me the sign of the open eye! So mote it be!

Hold your open hands up to the heavens. Close your eyes and visualize two white beams of glowing light streaking down from the sky and flowing into your palms.

Remain in the consecrated circle until both of the candles and the incense have burned themselves out. Your rite of self-initiation is now ended.

ORDO HERMETIKA STRUCTURE OF THE ORDER What follows is a sketchy description of the work the grades will involve. THE MAN OF EARTH: 1rst Grade of our program: The whole work of this grade is based on Malkuth. The main purpose of this grade is to allow the student to set his feet firmly upon the solid ground so that he will be suitably prepared for his further magickal and mystical work. The (wo)man of earth strengthens the mind and the physical body by means of Asana and Pranayama, deep study and good old exercise. THE LOVER: 2nd Grade of our program: This grade corresponds to Yesod the 2nd Sephira of the Middle Pillar. The lover works with sex, the imagination, and the Astral Body using diverse methods involving but not limited to Tantra, Art, Divination, Meditation and Scrying. THE HERMIT: 3rd and last Grade of our program: This grade is based on Tiphereth, being the third sephira of the Middle Pillar. The Adept works with the Heart by means of Prayer, Ritual, Martial Arts, Yama and Niyama. The aim of this grade is achievement of the personal experience known as Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel. This picture illustrates the first sephirot of the tree of life. It was used by the Golden Dawn to represent advancement through the grades of their Order. Our structure is similar but yet more simple and straightforward for as you know, the shortest way between two points is a straight line. Therefore in our System you will not find any sort of redundancy, nor lingering on spheres of the Astral Plane, nor artificial grades intended to retain members for a longer time in order to make the biggest profit possible out of their naivety and their pockets.

The reading of this list will give the student a solid grounding on Magick, Libertarianism and Psychology. It is our intention to change the readers perspective on life and to stimulate a radical change in his personality. Remember that the main objective of the first grade is to gain self knowledge and self empowerment, so hopefully after reading these books (s)he should have become a different person. Also, the student should learn to become independent and apply this knowledge by following his or her own techniques. Students are required to write essays sporadically based on their experiences and opinion. These essays will be published in a quarterly online magazine which will be the Orders official publication.
