Sara was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia and moved to

Charlotte after graduating from Virginia Tech. After eight years in
accounting, she was ready for a change. The transition to real estate
was an easy choice for her, since her financial background is a perfect
compliment to real estate. She is a proud new mom!

Doug moved from Northern Michigan to the Carolinas. His experience is in

buying and selling waterfront property and designing and building luxury
log, timber, and craftsman homes. Doug has a BS Natural Resources & BBA
finance from Michigan State University as well as MBA Entrepreneurial
Marketing & Finance from Michigan State University.

Beth is an Atlanta Georgia native, but adopted North Carolina as her home 18
years ago. She lives and works full-time in the Cabarrus County marketplace.
She has been helping people manage their financial assets for many years as a
former financial advisor, banker and for the last six years as a real estate broker.
She has earned a spot on the Top 100 Agents in North and South Carolina for
closed sales and in 2008 Charlotte Magazine named her a “Five Star Realtor.”

Michael was born in Chattanooga, TN and raised in the Tennessee Valley.

After graduating from Business School, he moved to Indiana to be a sales
trainer for a large retail company. After relocating to Charlotte and working
for several of the biggest banks and investment firms as an investment
broker, he decided to make the move into Real Estate.
 After moving from Massachusetts to North Carolina Sadie attended school
in both Chapel Hill and Greensboro. Upon graduating from the University
of North Carolina at Greensboro she moved to the Charlotte area to work
with her mom at Helen Adams Realty. Sadie’s passion for real estate began
with car rides through neighborhood after neighborhood with her parents
while growing up.

A Gaston County native, I was born and raised in Gastonia, NC and have
lived in Stanley, NC since 1983 with my husband John. We have two
children, Lee Ellen and J R. Residential Real Estate has provided us sound
investments and an excellent opportunity to provide quality housing for
others while helping our family.

Lisa is a native of the Greater Charlotte area who received her undergraduate degree
from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master’s Certificate from
George Washington University. She started her early career in IT Project Management
with First Union Capital Markets and later moved to IBM Global Services where she
worked as an Executive Project Manager in Sales & Engagements, before realizing
her passion for real estate. She is married with three small children.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Eileen lived in Bucks County, Pennsylvania
before relocating to North Carolina. Her love of the Carolinas began when her
children both decided to attend college in South Carolina; her son, Peter, at
The Citadel and her daughter, Tara, at Clemson University. Over the course of
many visits and football weekends, she decided to make Charlotte her adopted
home and to use her extensive background in sales and marketing to begin a
career in real estate.

Georganna has been a Realtor and Broker since 1994. She has numerous
accreditations and has won several awards, including the “5 Star Real Estate
Agent - Best in Client Satisfaction” award by Charlotte Magazine in 2008.
 Originally from Franklin County, Virginia (near Roanoke) I adopted North
Carolina as my home base in 1981. A four-year veteran of the United States
Air Force, I graduated from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro
(UNCG) with a Masters Degree in Public Affairs. For 22 years I worked
in public sector planning and land use regulation, principally as a zoning,
subdivision, and environmental ordinance administrator.

John Brady Jr. has over twenty years in sales experience with Fortune 500
companies such as The Kellogg Company, Coca-Cola and Unilever. John
effectively managed marketing and sales budgets for these companies which
exceeded $100mm annually as well as managing the sales and marketing
staffs for these businesses. John is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both
North and South Carolina

A native of Charlotte, Tammy has experienced the metropolitan growth of the Queen
City and understands the importance of home. Licensed in both North Carolina and
South Carolina, she knows the value of communication during each step of buying
and selling your home.

I grew up in Buffalo, NY and moved south to attend the College of Charleston where
I graduated with a BA in Urban Planning. As soon as I set foot in the Carolina’s, I
knew this is where I wanted my home to be. I moved to Charlotte in 1999 and joined
Divaris Real Estate as a commercial real estate agent. In addition to real estate, I enjoy
spending time with my family and friends, playing tennis, reading, and volunteering
at my childrens schools.

Lionel has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in North and South Carolina listing and selling premier
properties in the South Charlotte area since 2007. Before that, as a Home Interior Consultant for Burdines
Home Galleries, he spent 10 years as a top producer winning multiple Gold Eagle awards for exceeding
a million in sales annually. He continued his sales experience as an Account Manager at Canac of the
Carolinas. Lionel is the youngest family member of the 1970’s singing group, The Cornelius Brothers and
Sister Rose. He began singing at the age of 5, playing the piano and trumpet at age 7, and performing on
stage with a local group called the Power House Band at 12 years old. He began acting in 1985, appearing
on Miami Vice in a supporting role.
 As a native of Charlotte, NC, Evelyn is pleased to share her extensive
knowledge of this region with her clients. She has been licensed as a
full time Realtor since 2001. Her personal commitment is to assist her
clients with all of their real estate needs, and to provide them with 100%
customer satisfaction.

Nasrin has lived in Charlotte for over 20 years, moving here from England.
Her two daughters grew up in this town, one is attending Chapel Hill
and one is in high school. She has seen this great community really grow
and prosper, and uses that to her advantage in the real estate market.

Andy is a Charlotte native who is a full-time, full-service

residential real estate professional. He is married and they
have three dogs, two golden retrievers and an Australian
cattle dog. Andy is a graduate of Wake Forest University.

A native of South Africa, I have been in Charlotte for over 25 years. After graduating
from Charlotte Country Day, I attended College of Charleston and UNC-G receiving a
BS in Nutrition and then Winthrop University and received a MS in Nutrition. For the
past 15 years, I have been involved in the field of Nutrition. My decision to enter real
estate at this point in my life comes from my family’s involvement in real estate for three
generations. My husband is a native Charlottean and we have two school-aged children. I
look forward to working collaboratively with the agents at Helen Adams Realty.

Patty comes to Helen Adams Realty having just moved from Orlando, FL in March
2009. Originally from Buffalo, NY, she previously lived in Charlotte back in the early
90’s, before relocating to Orlando. She achieved a BS in Business Management and AA
in Accounting. In Orlando, she was a Realtor with Prudential Florida Realty. She is
happily married to her brilliant husband, Peter, and a proud mother of three kids.

Anne was formerly a CPA for McDade Burns & Adams in Fort
Mill, SC, and has over 20 years experience as a CPA, Controller
and Accountant, Analyst and Auditor. She is a graduate of Clemson
University and originally from Aiken, SC.
