Unusual Fire and Explosion Data: A direct water stream on burning material can create
frothing which may spread the fire. Do not weld or cut
on empty containers since residual vapors may still be
present.

SECTION VI – HEALTH HAZARD DATA
Emergency Overview: May cause some eye and skin irritation, like any soap or detergent. Not
normally considered toxic. However, prolonged exposure or direct contact may cause eye and
skin irritation. Do not ingest. Mist may irritate mucous membranes.

Effects of Overexposure:
Eyes: Contact may cause serious irritation.
Skin: Moderate irritant due to defatting, drying effect on the skin.
Inhalation: Spray or mists containing product could cause some nose and
throat irritation.
Ingestion: General effects, such as diarrhea, nausea and headaches are
likely.
First Aid:
Eye Contact: Immediately flush with copious amounts of soap and water for 5
minutes. Contact physician.
Skin Contact: Immediately flush with copious amounts of soap and water for 5
minutes. If irritation persists, contact physician. Launder
contaminated clothing before re-use.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If necessary, give oxygen, artificial
respiration. Contact physician.
Ingestion: If patient is conscious and can swallow, give 2 glasses of water.
Call a physician or Poison Control Center immediately. Induce
vomiting as directed by medical personnel. Never give anything
by mouth to an unconscious person.

Carcinogenicity: Not listed as a carcinogen with NTP, IARC and OSHA
