Produce reports to determine if equipment should be replaced or a procedure requires improvement, where specic costs are occurring, or to compare actual versus estimated hours and costs.

Ensure your vessels stay within regulatory compliance by organizing all preventive maintenance tasks in one centralized system and being well prepared for both internal and external audits. Track dates for certicates, inspections, and decals, and receive automatic reminders when items are coming due. Attach documents, photos, and scanned images to any component, work order, or project.

HELM ONbOARD Obtain updated engine hours, lube hours, fuel levels, and lube levels automatically from the vessels. Receive repair orders from the vessels and send preventive maintenance tasks to the vessels. Collect data from electronic forms completed on the vessels. HELM PURChASING MANAGER Coordinate with Purchasing Manager to ensure the parts you need are available when you need them and to estimate the critical path for a work order. Attach a list of standard parts to each preventive maintenance task, reduce inventory when parts are used in work orders, and automatically trigger purchase requests for new parts. Ensure that parts in inventory that have been committed to a work order cannot be transferred or consumed by anyone else.

HELM DISpATCh MANAGER Improve vessel utilization by learning from Dispatch Manager where vessels are currently located, and communicating scheduled vessel repairs or downtime back to Dispatch Manager. HELM PERSONNEL MANAGER Assign employees to a work order and notify them with the details. Tag employees as maintenance workers so they dont display on the list of employees for vessel scheduling, and use their hourly rates and labor types to help produce estimated and actual costs for the work order. HELM HSQE MANAGER Generate a work order from a corrective action request, and monitor its status through to completion.
