Human Resource Department of the company looks for people who would support vision of the company and would posses enough skills to promote innovation and technologies. Such approach has helped the Human Resource Department hire over 2000 employees all over the world and at the same time remain the companys leadership and reputation of a high quality supplier of technology and services. Staff, employed by the Human Resource Department plays a very important role in the life of the company and it has already helped to establish good reputation and now continues supporting it. Gayle Philpotts is responsible for development of effective human resource strategies, which involve the process of recruitment of the right employees, providing the existing staff with motivation and engagement and keeping the staff retained. For the 50 years of existence of the company various approaches were implemented by the Human Resource Department. However, each time the results of the implementation were monitored, recorded and analyzed. Such strategy allowed the human resource management of the company to develop a unique strategy to manage the staff to gain the greatest benefit and at the same time meet needs and requirements of the employees. It is important to pay attention to the fact that approaches which are implemented by the Human Resource Department are being changed all the time. The reason is not that they are poorly developed or do not work, but the reason is that management of the company realized the need to meet conditions of the market which are changing quickly. The process of globalization impacted the strategies of the department greatly, making it to develop new approaches to selection of the employees - the criteria became stricter and the requirements became more demanding (Strategic issues in human resource management; Shaper, 2004). Thus, it is possible to conclude that 50 years of excellent work of the company are the best factors to prove that Human Resource Department does an excellent job, modifying its strategies all the time in attempts to meet requirements of the market, promote extension of the company, and of course, meet requirements and needs of the customers and of the employees. The process of improvement of work of Human Resource managers continues, bringing the company and the employees greater and greater opportunities for business and personal development.
